Outstanding customer service and genuinely inspiring Viking instrument loops
I want to highlight the customer service first because it was genuinely excellent.
After upgrading from an older Intel Mac to a Mac Studio I ran into an issue while rebuilding my plugin setup. The response I received was fast clear and genuinely helpful. No scripts no back and forth just a proper solution that got me up and running straight away. That level of support makes a real difference when you are in the middle of rebuilding a system.
The Viking Instrument Loops Vol. 3 pack is also fantastic. The quality of the sounds really stands out. The collection focuses on authentic Nordic instruments including raw Tagelharpa loops recorded in multiple keys and tempos along with deep Trossingen Lyre loops that add real depth and atmosphere.
I have also used Viking Instrument Loops Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 and between all three packs I have used nearly every single loop. They add instant flavour to Viking themed tracks and sit beautifully in folk ritual and ambient productions without needing heavy processing.
Between the sound quality and the level of customer care Frostwave Audio clearly cares about both their products and the people using them. Highly recommended.
