the unit came in just a few days. easy set up, and within 12 hours it was under 40 degrees.

Frosty has not sent item, only one off 4 items sent But email sent stating all was Delivered. than 2nd item arrived 2 weeks later,. Main Item XXL TUB still showing in warehouse, after many emails, they aggreed item had not been sent,, still waiting? Ordered 12/01/2025. and still waiting on last 2 items Now 16/02/25. Speaking with Lovelyn from support, hopfully recieve soon

So far everything is working great! Loving my ice bath and chiller, it was easy to install and works great 👍. There was a small hang up on the delivery of the chiller but I was ensured it would arrive and it did! Super excited about my purchase and saved a ton of money!

It doesn’t ship from Walnut California. It’s on the slow boat from china according to tracking. False advertising 😑

Still have not received my order. They will NOT refund my money. Tracking shows it’s in China!! Horrible customer service!! NEVER order from this company!! Any reviews that are good must be fake!!!

Specifically states Australian orders ship from Melbourne. Tracking states shipping from China. Why lie?

Update: Frosty Dive flagged the above as defamatory and this post was removed. Trust pilot investigated and did not agree, so the post is back. I have asked Frosty Dive why they flagged the post and am still awaiting a reply.

Their website says "Our customers tell it better than we do" check out trustpilot. So I did. The date of experience and date of reviews and replies timing clusters are beyond coincidence. The reviewer names appear like a role call from Hogwarts! Bad reviews are always followed by multiple good ones in the next few days.

2 different reviewers in different continents from people called Penelope Puff! 1 from Australia and then 2 days later remarkably another different Penelope Puff with only 1 review to her name from the US, 2 different Willow Wonder reviews, a 4 star from the US then another reviewer of the same name 5 star from GB 2 days later, along with Ivy Marvel, Eliza Euphoria (now deleted), Poppy Powerplay, Summer Sway, Oliver Twist and Tad Pohl (now deleted) all give 5 stars. MId August is hilarious. Maybe these are real reviewers, maybe not.
It looks like some of these reviews are disappearing - the total number of reviews has dropped from 106 to 76 in a week. Perhaps trustpilot are onto them. Brand integrity score 1 star.

For the product - no indication of how to set up the system with regard to seals, O rings, tape, clamps and cable ties that are included in the box, and omitted in their instructions, their youtube videos and in multiple emails to support. With the intake/outlet water pipes sitting on top of the electrical unit this is a serious safety issue they do not appear to be interested in.

No chiller came with pod like it was supposed too.

Set up of the actual tub is easy and the instructions are sufficient for it. The setup for the chiller needs more detail instructions. Also the plastic parts going into the brass one are easily cross threaded if not careful. Once put together the chiller can not get the water below 42 degrees. I have the ice bath in my gym which is in temperature controlled. All in all I am satisfied with it but a few simple things could have made the experience better

I'm 50 and still love playing competitive badminton. The only downside was the muscle pain after Intense matches, until I found Frosty Dive's cold therapy system. The XXL Tub combined with the SmartCool Chiller has made my recovery process so much easier a significant Improvement In how my body feels, and I've been able to play more frequently without the usual aches and pains. This Investment has been worth every penny !

Terrible customer service. The chiller does not work as advertised. It doesn't cool very fast and I have yet to bring it down to anything lower than 59 without any ice. It is really hard to get a hold of them and then they don't answer

I live in a small apartment, so finding a portable cold plunge that fits was a challenge. Enter the Frosty Dive portable tub and chiller combo-just what I needed! It's compact, easy to set up, and the chiller works great. I've noticed a big improvement in my recovery since I started using it. And the free Epsom salt? Love it. Great product at a great price!

I'm so glad I went Frosty Dive over other brands. The SmartCool Chiller is super efficient, cooling the water way faster than my pervious setup. The XXL Tub is perfect for me and my partner to plunge together, and it's built to last. The free Epsom salt was a nice touch-I've noticed better muscle relaxation after each session. This is by far the best cold therapy setup I've ever used.
