I urge everybody not to buy one single item from this company. They sell but they do not give any waranty. I have bought a costly pro unit a year ago. This unit broke after already one year but the company does not want to fullfill there legal duty and does not want to solve the problem. The company does not react in time or not at all on whatsapp, emails.

I live in Curaçao and ordered the pro-freezer set, meaning the tub including the pro freezer. Installation was quite easy, everyone can do it.
The tub has a beautiful design and the cooling system works great.
A challenge that I have since I live in a tropical climate (30+ degrees celsius), is severe condensation. I had to place a drip tray (for washing machines) under the tub.
I contacted customer service for some questions, they respond very quickly and were very helpful.
