As i mentioned earlier i bought mangoes from here and in a box of twelve 7 are already spoilt and paid 28£ for that.
After sending ao many mails to customer service no reply apart fron one initial reply. No sign of getting refund or exchange in any way
Th is is such a disappointment. Please avoid buying from here.

We can understand your disappointment in the internal quality of fruit received, and we have tried our best to resolve with you, but unfortunately you keep avoiding providing the requested information.
I can confirm a total of 3 e-mails have been sent to you on 7th May, so we do not understand why you would say you have only had 1 reply. You have even replied to these. We very simply asked you to confirm, once you are ready, how many pieces were bad out of the box of 12, as you had stated in your message you had only cut 6 fruits.
Your e-mail of today was received at 12:22, and you have posted this new review less than 20 minutes later - this is hardly a reasonable time frame to expect a response.
To clarify, we have now refunded you, even though you have not followed the Claims procedure outlined on our website, or provided all the information and photographs requested by e-mail.

Great quality fruit and veg. The mangoes are superb. Everything is packed in a cardboard box. Good customer service- I asked for a substitution for one item and that was honoured. Only improvement would be if I could pick my own fruit and veg types+ quantities.
