Happy overall with whole experience I was very concerned when I saw the below comms but fortunately no issues here .

Honestly the worst site I've ever played only started playing today deposit over 500 and literally haven't won a single penny every other site I've ever played I've always had a win by far the worst casino I've ever played on its not that I'm even winning and playing back you literally win nothing if I was anyone playing this site I would block my account and never deposit again witch is what I will be doing

This is a very very poor site. I have attempted to withdraw £750.00. Funnily enough it hasn’t arrived. This has never happened to me at any other Casino, ever. Customer service kept telling me the payments were sent, then yesterday I was told that it was an issue with World Pay. I was also told that sometimes banks hold up payments to check them. I went to the bank this morning, the bank clerk assured me that no payments have been attempted or held up for checks. I find this highly suspicious and now I am concerned that I will never receive these winnings. I have kept transcripts of the chat conversations. I have the contact of someone at the Gambling Commission; they will be copied into my complaint later on today.

Do not use this company!! I deposited a few ammounts the first 2 i lost on roulette and on the last depoit i played some blackjack and was winning quite a bit, i placed a bet and they rejected it because they said i was now using my bonus money which wasnt true i had plenty of cash there and i lost out on quite a large sum of money because of this!! When i spoke to customer service they said i was stopped playing to have a cooling off period and i had been playing for some time, i think i had been playing for around 45 minutes in total maybe? Ridiculous, they stopped me playing because i was winning which is clear because first im told my bet wasnt accepted due to using bonus money then customer service tell me a whole different story, if they were so concerned about me having a cooling off period maybe they should have just not let me deposit? Theyre customer service team are beyond rude and did not listen to me at all, very frustrating, theyre fraudsters
