My black berry bushes are growing like crazy, I accidentally run over one with my lawnmower, I’m hoping it comes back 😬

I had an issue with my plants. They replaced them right away ! the new plants have grown beautifully this summer.
They also sent me a booklet on planting and growing tips that was very insightful. This company cares about its plants, and its customers who they want to be successful in growning them.

I have sent a couple emails - the plants were planted when I received them in a good sized hole with it filled with new potting soil and watered - they died would you resend them in April or May or please issue a refund. Please acknoedge my request by return message.

Heartbroken about my dead plants
Everything was wonderful from ordering to the first months of growing. We live in Az and even with adequate watering and shade, my bushes died. so Sad!

Yeah, I got four blackberry bushes around 1 May. Could you tell me when I’m supposed to trim them back or do they always just stay up in a big bush? If you could let me know I’d really appreciate it.

Doyle’s blackberries plants are the best.
I sent Doyle an email because I was concerned about my soil, samples showed my soil was high in PH, Doyle responded right away. Doyle advised me on what I needed to do in order to get the best from my blueberries plants.
I know you could not get a quick response from s box store.
I highly recommend Doyle blackberries.

Shipping was fast and well packed. Plants do very well if u put them in ground in a week or less. Very happy with purchase.

My plants grew quickly in the large soft pots I put them in. They are ready for transplanting. I didn’t realize I was going to trellis them That’s adds a little complication to the plan. They were intended as browse for the deer on our hunting farm

I purchased two plugs. They were struggling from the beginning. They are still alive but very small. Doyle very generously sent two more. I at first didn't want them figuring it was my fault somehow. The replacements arrived and oh my goodness, they just took off and grew so well, I was amazed at how they progressed. I am very pleased that Doyle stood behind their guarantee of satisfaction and sent two replacements. I never realized just how fast they are growing. The first two are still alive but small, I guess they didn't like being shown up!!! Highly recommend.
