I ordered lip stain which doesn't stain - don't waste your money on this scam site ..

A SCAM.WAITING ON A PRODUCT FOR MORE THAN A MONTH. SENT EMAIL AND GOT REAPONSE OF "WE ARE SO SORRY. WE WILL RESEND IT AND NOW I EMAILED THEM ON THE SAME EMAIL PREVIOUSLY USED BUT THE DOMAIN IS NOT FOUND ANYMORE AND HENCE EMAIL DELIVERY NOT POSSIBLE. I WOULD NOT EVEN WANT TO GIVE ONE STAR TO THEM IF I COULD. WHAT A BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS THEY ARE. GUESS I AM NOT GOING TO GET MONEY BACK FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Would give 0 stars if I was able to. Firstly I paid by debit card but my order receipt was a PayPal one which I never use. I thought that was odd but hoped the two lip stains would arrive. After 10 days I emailed them because I was concerned since it says they use the warehouse closest to you and email was a .co.uk one and it looked like it was based in London. They sent me tracking which said it was coming from Colorado USA and was with US customs at this time !!! I emailed back right away and said I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it would take so long plus thought it was in UK … so I want a full refund. Next thing I get an email stating it’s on the way to Glasgow from down south and it arrived next day. Shouldn’t have bothered as it doesn’t work at all. What a total waste of money and now their email address isn’t accepting any emails from me requesting a full refund but they are bouncing back as not known.
Total con merchants so please don’t give them your money !!

Scam company,wrong product delivered and two items not delivered at at all .Order placed on the 6th June 2025 Had one reply and an offer of £1 gbp compensation!!! When I tried to reply back the webpage now does not exist.Do not use this company as all I have paid for is a fake lipstick product and 2 undelivered eye pencils.Not impressed .

Purple stain lipsticks do not work! Bought three. Absolutely no difference when wiped off. Tried several times leaving on for longer each time no difference. Total con.

I ordered a swimsuit which came and was too small, the size that I ordered fits me in other brands so I was surprised that it didn't fit.
I contacted the company to find out how to return it and I had to send a photo of the packaging to customer services, they then said that I could be compensated by receiving £2, which was an insult, there should be a waring before you buy that you cannot return items. I cannot afford to waste money. I was then offered £4 if I paid for shipping back to China. I will never order from them again lesson learnt.
My advice is: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

I placed an order on 13 April 2025 for 4 packs of plastic flowers). I've been receiving emails with tracking info (last one - now in Transit in UK 11 May 2025). Nothing since.
I emailed customer services and was informed they couldn't see updated tracking info and they would resend order and to wait a few days for new order to arrive! Waited over a week and emailed them again to be informed on 30 May "Due to President Trump’s tariff actions, delays in Customs clearance would be inevitable. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
We will push the shipping company to expedite the transportation of your order ASAP".
Not impressed and certainly won't order from this company again

I purchased a four pack of hair slides. They took a while to arrive, but I did get delivery updates on a very regular interval. That's where the positive part of this review ends.
The package. It was a very small plastic bag, with a thin layer of bubble wrap. In side were 4 hair slides. They were very tightly packed, and each one was broken and misshaped, not surprising, as they are made from the most brittle plastic.
I contacted them and they did offer to send a couple of replacements, but after waiting patiently, and seeing the poor quality, I decided to request to have my money refunded. They then requested photos, which I sent. They then offered me, two replacement hair clips and a £2 refund. I then responded to say that I would like a full refund. They then requested I return them and that they would then refund my money. They suggest this because they know that the return costs are extortionate and that it's simply more than the initial cost. I have suggested that they email me a pre paid return label, but I know I've lost my money, they will not refund my payment.
My advise would be that if you see advertising from this company, you pass it by. This company is awful

I ordered the flower package over a month ago. Like other buyers, I keep getting emails telling me tracking details. Apparently, it's now in the UK.
When you email customer services, they are useless, it's like robotic answers that never really answer your question.
Will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. I AM THINKING ITS A SCAM

Faulty product won’t give me a return address. Offered a partial refund. I said fine but now over 6 weeks I email daily and they said there refund account is inactive

Ordered a pack of four hair clips on 19th April and not yet received an email to say my item has been shipped. I emailed asking for an update or a refund. Still waiting for a reply.

Absolute shambles of a company I ordered a 5 in 1 hair styler which arrived broken Christmas 2024 to date I have not had a refund or a replacement product! I was offered £11 the product cost me 25.00 where is the math in that ?

These people are fraudsters. Ordered product in April and here we are in May and it hasn't left the states yet, much like a lot of other reviewers have said. All they do is send emails saying my parcels status has been updated. Total bollocks. Don't fall for their lies. I suspect any 5 star reviews are also fraudulent. Even in stupid Trump USA they can put a parcel in the mail in a couple of days. Amazon can do it: so can this company if it gets off its arse. I suspect I will never see the product I ordered and can kiss goodbye to my money. You're worse than the Chinese scam merchants.

I ordered the flat hair clips, it's been a week and it hasn't even left the USA yet! won't be ordering anything again from them even Shein is quicker! It would have been quicker for me to get a flight from London to USA and collect them (maybe a little expensive) LOL.

If you need something quick don’t bother.
5 weeks since I ordered and still not been delivered.

I ordered a 6 box of surprise dragon eggs. I was charged more than advertised and only one egg showed up. I disputed this and they advised I had received what I ordered. I hadn’t, I ordered six, received one. Claimed my money back through the bank. Avoid - scam.

If I could give no stars I would as I have been waiting for my items since January & all I am getting from the customer service is that the package is still in transit. I am now beginning to think that this may be a scam

I'm still out of pocket for return postage but got back more than they offered .

Ordered products around 8 weeks ago. Been getting tracking details on email and now they have the audacity to email me 50% off vouchers, when I haven’t even received my first order. SCAM, SCAM, SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!! Don’t waste your money
