It’s been quite a while ever since I’ve started buying products on this platform, it’s has been quite satisfying in average, yet to maybe improve their customer experience response to whenever expected delivery doesn’t happen to arrive in time.

Shipment issue

Ordered a battery, was sent to a delivery point instead of my home address as I requested. For this reason, I didn’t notice and item was returned to supplier. Fruugo face me a refund immediately which was ok. However the core of my complaint wasn’t addressed. I reordered the item, let’s hope they’ll send it to the correct address.

The staff member was very friendly, supportive, and attentive

Unfortunately, the wrong item was delivered to us. The staff and customer service have always responded promptly, were friendly, and made efforts to resolve the issue. I can only share positive feedback about the employee. I cannot comment on the product itself, as, as mentioned, it was the wrong delivery.

Very reactive customer service

We made an order that we never…

We made an order that we never received. Once we mailed to know where ther package is, they told us they can not help us. So, we've paid for a package that we did not receive and Fruugo will not help us to find it. The customer service is below zero!!

Perfectly and professionally resolved

I have to change my earlier review in which I was unhappy because I had to pay customs and that was not clear at the purchase. After my remark on this Fruugo followed up on this and reimbursed this. I am very grateful for this. Wanted to give a five but made it 4 because it would be even better if this was more clear at the purchase. But for resolving this I can only give them a five

I ordered a baby seat and after almost a month of waiting, I received a miniature plastic toy that's not even worth a cent. You charged me €50 with a fake “€40 discount”. This is a scam. I demand an immediate solution or I’ll take further action.

Fake skincare product

Fake skincare product, this the second time i receive a fake product from Fruugo.
be careful from buying from this website.
2 times in less than 10 days.
there products comes from untrusted suppliers.
save your money and don't buy from them.
The cost of returning is higher the the cost of the product as you need to pay for the return.
and I received the order after 3 weeks

Do not use READ!! - Scam/Oplichting - Aliexpress Dropship!!

Avoid Fruugo like the plague. Total rip-off.

My dad got scammed out of €160 for a screwdriver set and watch opener that are €40 total on AliExpress. The watch opener was “discounted” from €399 to €80 — which is just fake marketing. And yeah… my dad believed it, but that doesn’t make it OK.

Then the customer service made it worse:
– Promised to reach out. Never did.
– I emailed them, and got back “not understand, no good translate?”
– You have to pay for retour, guess where you have to retour? CHINA! How much you ask? More than the product is even worth. Not only that, but the factory refuses returns, so you're stuck with it. This is the whole scam.
– After I edited my review, suddenly they reply — from a different person, who didn’t even know what was going on.

They asked for pictures of the items even though we already confirmed delivery. I told them I was on vacation. They just closed the case. No refund. No solution.

After the latest emails, I’ve completely given up on this scam company.
They’re trying to scam me even harder now by making me pay €100+ for a return to China, knowing very well the manufacturer will refuse the package to avoid refunding.
Then Fruugo will just tell you: "send it again."
Disgusting behavior.

3 weeks delivery time, 4x overpriced, and zero actual support. Lost €200 for items worth €40. Never shopping here again. And you shouldn’t either.
As mentioned, the exact same items are on sale on AliExpress for 1/5 the price and faster service and better customer service literally. In the end I accept the loss and the ignorance of my dad. Because you wont be getting anywhere with this 0.1/10 support team, Its sad they do this for a living.

Vermijd Fruugo als de pest. Pure oplichterij.

Mijn vader heeft €160 betaald voor een schroevendraaierset en horloge-opener die samen €40 kosten op AliExpress. De horloge-opener zou afgeprijsd zijn van €399 naar €80 — totaal neppe korting. En ja… m’n vader trapte erin, maar dat maakt het nog steeds misleidend.

En dan wordt het nog erger met de "klantenservice":
– Ze beloofden contact op te nemen. Nooit gebeurd.
– Ik stuurde zelf een mail, kreeg terug: “not understand, no good translate?”
– Retour? Nee joh, dat mag je zelf betalen. Raad eens waarheen? Naar CHINA! Wat kost dat? Meer dan de producten zelf. Niet alleen dat: de fabrikant weigert het pakket, zodat je geen geld terugkrijgt. Dat is hun hele opzet.
– Pas nadat ik mijn review aanpaste, kreeg ik een reactie. Van iemand anders. Die geen idee had wat er speelde.

Ze vroegen om foto's van de bestelling terwijl we al bevestigd hadden dat het geleverd was. Ik zei dat ik op vakantie was. Ze sloten gewoon de zaak. Geen oplossing. Geen terugbetaling.

Na de laatste communicatie heb ik het volledig opgegeven met deze oplichters.
Ze proberen me nu nog verder te bedriegen door mij meer dan €100 retourkosten te laten betalen, terwijl ze dondersgoed weten dat de fabrikant in China het pakket zal weigeren om zo onder terugbetaling uit te komen.
Daarna zegt Fruugo gewoon: "stuur het nog een keer op."
Echt walgelijk gedrag.

3 weken wachten, 4x duurder dan nodig, en nul echte hulp. We zijn €200 kwijt aan spullen van €40. Hier koop ik nooit meer. En jij zou dat ook niet moeten doen.

Ik beloof u dat de exact zelfde artikel tevinden is op aliexpress voor 1/5 de prijs en snellere levering, en geloof het of niet. met betere service. Zij geven u tenminste uw geld terug zonder terug te moeten opsturen indien iets misloopt of defect aankomt.

Opt einde aanvaarden we dat ons pa een fout heeft gemaakt, en geven op met communicatie want oprecht 0.1/10 is dit, zeer triest dat deze mensen hun eigen mensen oplichten.
