Given I work in security & am hyper-vigilant about I personal data I NOT only read the privacy policy for FRUUGO I went into corporate ownership & jurisdictions where my data would be held & under what regulatory criterion is thereby utilized....YOU WIN....CANANDIAN is adequate & close to top tier or I would NEVER have purchased anything from your site HOWEVER despite the Canadian connection BOTH items came from MAINLAND CHINA which I tend to avoid if ANY other options are presented
I ordered 2 items:
the 1st item (USB heated 1/2 gloves) was delivered before the notations suggested but was not up to expectations and seemed overpriced for the quality received
the 2nd item (USB NAIL MANICURE SET) was delivered on time & is AMAZING in the comprehensive # of attachments....can be used with & without cord attached....nice well constructed main component....
BTW this bottom DISCLAIMER is GOLD!

This order was placed on Jan 2 2026 for weeks all it said was getting ready to ship....then it had shipped ...no delivery notice....then Feb 2 said delivered Jan 21 2025....which it was not....this was a gift for my grandson....he waited every day for it...so trust me it was not delivered...i want my money back it has never arrived...horrible tracking and no customer service.

My first experience with fruugo.
I wanted to order with Amazon since I didn't know about fruugo,when I tried to put an order fruugo popped up instead of Amazon, I was a little hesitant since I had never heard about it,well I decided to give it a try. I did not regret using it because my package arrived 1 day earlier and all the fears faded away.

We bought a Glucose Monitor
We bought a Glucose Monitor, with oxygen and heart rate reading. We were looking for a for a Glucose sensor.
one of the 2 batteries were dead.
Its first reading were .9 to .4, I should be dead! cleaned with alcohol still read under 1. Three hours later it read 4.2. 2 hours later it read .9 again. I complained, they froze my account. Not the way to do business !!

Item was as described. I received tracking information, but I was worried when my package was denied from the country of origin because I never received new tracking information. But, the package showed up on the expected date anyway.

Old Bastards Bourbon Challenge Coin
I ordered the Old Bastards Bourbon Challenge Coin after seeing them on an ad. The ad showed the coin as though they were stamped or etched into an actual coin face. When I receive them, they appear that their coin blanks with stickers put on. They are also shipped in plastic covers to protect them, but the plastic on one of the coins had cracked and rubbed on the coin wrecking the face. This product looks nothing like the ad that I saw, and had purchased them as a present, which I will not be giving due to the poor quality.
