Great quality merchandise, amazing prices but a little long to receive.

Parcel was right on time and product was exact as ordered

I found items on fruugo store what I looked for and bought right away. I received items before excepting delivery date. Customer service is amazing. They emailed back to me my questions on time. I had very great experience with fruugo..ca.

Company does not assist in anyway when being sold counterfeit items. When trying to cancel due to long wait times, they say it can't be canceled even though the shipping label wasn't even printed for over a month after asking for a cancellation. Ordered an item with brand name, within a week item was pulled and counterfeit item was placed on the website. Recieved the counterfeit item and they didn't even bother to change my invoice so it still has the brand name on in.

Product was brand name at the best price i could find. Order was at my door 6 days later.

The shopping experience was pretty smooth. The price was better than any other site for the same title. I think I know why. The quality of the paper and the print job seem cheap. It felt like a budget reproduction. The publisher on the cover and the art work match but inside,.the pages were underwhelming. Delivery time was ok. Nothing awesome but nothing to complain about, I guess this is another area where they could reduces costs.

Misleading company selling unsafe, improperly labelled products

Fruugo is extremely misleading and irresponsible.

Their website uses a .ca domain, which clearly gives the impression they are a Canadian company sourcing products from Canada, the US, or Europe. That is not true. My order was shipped from China, with no clear disclosure at checkout.

The product I received (Neutrogena T/Gel shampoo) arrived with **NO expiration date, NO lot/batch number, and NO Drug Facts label**. This product contains coal tar, an OTC drug that is legally required to have proper labelling for safety and traceability.

To make matters worse, I contacted Fruugo twice to request a return/refund and received no response. I have the two screenshots as proof, but I didn’t know how to add them with the shampoo’s photos here.

Selling products with missing mandatory safety information and then ignoring customers who request a return is unacceptable. I have completely lost trust in this company and strongly warn others to avoid buying health or personal care products from Fruugo.

This behaviour should be investigated by consumer protection authorities. I regret trusting this company and would never order from them again.

Update: Fruugo customer service contacted me 4 hours after this review and made a reimbursement. They said that this shampoo is no longer available on their website, but it's still there.

Easy to find the product, effordable, ongoing updates, peace of mind

This company has things no other company has, does not ship you knock off products. Well packaged and delivered at a reasonable timeframe. I recommend this company.
