Arrivata in ritardo e non era quella ordinata. Ho allegato foto per ben 3 volte ma, dopo carie insistenze mie, mi propongono un rimborso di 3 sterline o di venderla ad amici!!

I have been trying to get a resolution to a wrong product delivery for over a month. I finally complained on this site and customer service sent me an email on a weekend giving me 48 hours to reply...apparently not working days, they counted Saturday and Sunday! I saw the email early the following week, responded immediately with photos (which they already had via their app) and they had already closed the enquiry without any resolution! They did not bother to respond to the information sent. And here I sit yet again with no way to contact anyone directly to get a refund or the correct item!!! I am FURIOUS.

Issue resolved by Emily B. I was fully refunded immediately...changed rating to 3 stars.
Total scam don't use this site. I ordered a heater with a rechargeable battery with a value of 50euros. I was sent a piece of crap plug in heater worth about 5 euros. To return I need to pay another 50euros to have sent back to China and who knows if my money will actually be reimbursed. DO NOT USE FRUUGO!!!
Fruugo has taken care of the situation and refunded my money immediately.
