Fraud is a good start. Twice I purchased and item that was marked as in stock and both times they sent me something different. The first excuse was they picked the wrong item. The second excuse was it is out of stock and the website has not been updated. Then they offer a partial refund and tell me to keep it. Now the item is no longer offered on their site. I'd stay away if I were you.

Please note drop shippers CANNOT ask you to return products at your own cost if items are returned outside of Netherlands/EU. Return address must be visible prior to payment and return policy must be transparent and not hidden. If you experience any issues please report immediately to ACM. I tried to cancel my order which is still under status processing when I discovered it was shipping from China. I’m told it takes 48 hours before I get a response. Consumers should be able to cancel prior to a shipping status. Frugo I expect that my order is cancelled as requested. Order status is processing..

I ordered from what the photo looked to be a pretty red sweater from what I thought was an Irish company with a Dutch distribution centre. The limited company ended being based in Shenzhen, China. It took a month to receive the sweater, which was of such poor quality that I sent it back. I read that there were return costs, but to China it was €35!!! And I had to fill in a long customs form that included tariffs in the pricing, I'm sure.

That it takes long is not a real problem, but they communicate an expected deliviry date, which is far from reality.

I have received K-pop demon hunter dolls that say singing dolls and they have arrived and do not sing and also the dolls do not look like the picture online. The customer service is rude and have repeatedly told me that im lying basically and the product is the same as what seen which it isn’t. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT at its finest will never buy from here again!!!! Furious with the lack of customer service skills

Verry bad company after numerous mails I cannot send back the received electrical switch. They hide themselves behind "Haikou Zhuowei Trading" with whom I do not have any agreement.
First of all there is no return procedure. One finds out after many loops on their website that you have to ask them for instructions after which a strange discussion about the why starts. Please do not order with this company.

The toy was 26 euro, they charge me 21 for delivery than I was need yo pay 16 euro customs. I was ordering from dutch website but without any information they send it from UK. Why? Where was information when I was placing my order tjat I will be need to pat customs? THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER SOMWTHING FROM THEM!!!!
