I have ordered from this site two times. First item was a yoga mat, but it was in a miniature size. And the second time was a special bottle that costed me 30$. What I got was something totally different,which wasn’t the same at all. Don’t order from Yuan Zhifei trading!! They won’t even answer me. They are scammers.

4 pin usb hub broke my pc
I bought a 4 pin usb fan hub, instead of activating my fans, it short circuit the whole board.
Fruugo can't even refund the full price, lying and act like bots.

I purchased the wrong product because…
I purchased the wrong product because it wasn’t described well enough, and this wasn’t my fault. The product details and photos were a bit misleading. I was asked to return the product, but when I explained that the mistake wasn’t mine, they told me I didn’t need to send it back. Although the issue was resolved this way, it caused a significant loss of time for me. If they had sent the correct product to make up for the mistake, I would have given full marks. In the end, the lost time was all I was left with.
