Recently I bought a bottle of Selsun anti-dandruff shampoo from this platform in Portugal, unfortunately, this product worsens the situation. Highly suspicious of the product quality

I ordered a heating pump for my spa.
Turns out it had to come al the way from china. I waited 3 weeks for it to be delivered. I paid €110 euro. And they send me only a cheap fabric with a zipper. That is supposed to cover a pump. I think this cover is worth 0,50 cents.
I’m very annoyed irritated by this scam.
I paid wit credit card. So my money wil come back. But the time i could have spend with my family in the spa doesn’t.

It arrived well packed. I thought it was in stock but it came from China I think but still came quite quickly. Not used yet but seems fine.

I purchased a device which was delivered, but unfortunately it does not work. I contacted the seller to report the issue, and after that I started receiving various explanations. At first they said they would arrange a collection, but later claimed the courier company could not find my address, and the situation has not been resolved.

I then contacted Fruggo directly and sent them a video showing the problem. They replied asking for a video, even though one had already been provided, so I sent it again. Since then, despite several follow-ups on my part, I have not received any further response.

Overall, the situation has been very disappointing and the customer support do nothing.
Updated: After review the case, they returned the money!

Fruugo is an effective and well designed site to assist you in securing items not easily available in the EU. We live in PT, formally in San Francisco and some of my favorite vitamins are not sold here so I use Fruugo to source them from the US

The material that I bought was exactly what it suppose To be and arrived 3 days before that promissores, so I am happy with it

Fruugo Portugal is the "Best". The customer service is premier service. They are good with the delivery service and when placing an order, it is user friendly. I highly recommend Fruugo Portugal.

The delevery was sooner than expected and good because it was a Saturday.

Quick delivery. Product as described. When I saw the item was coming from US I was concerned about duty etc. But no problem, quicker than coming from Europe. Recommended.

They charged my bank twice for my order. They have no customer service number You must choose from a prescribed list of questions none of which meet your problem. The telephone number given is bogus. Stay away from this company

UPDATE - after my initial review, although there never was any issue with Fruugo as a platform, as it was related to my disappointing experience with a seller and the counterfeit product, I was happily surprised that customer service from the platform Fruugo has contacted me in relation to this. They took the matter serious. I am very satisfied with their initiative and approach, very polite and professional. Despite the initial experience, Fruugo turns out to be a responsible and reliable platform. Thank you.

The whole buying experience was consistent with the best internacional standards. I am usina the product. The results will only be known within the next few montes, by I trust it will be good.

Ordering was easy and the product is just what I needed. The logistics were a bit slow and CTT Portugal was not very reliable with the delivery

My order never arrived and it was meant to be a Christmas present from Santa. I emailed them but got no reply. When I go and check tracking it just says in transit. It was meant to arrive on the 23rd of December and still nothing.
