The most miserable website and buying experience.
If you want to order something from this scammers, be aware what you will get. If you have a problem with the order or want to cancel it, there's no way of doing it.
My advise for anyone who wants to buy from this scammers: don't do it!

I ordered an "Actuator de blocare a ușii mașinii cu 7 pini față stânga Ford Transit" in Romania, on Fruugo.ro. Fruugo.com is asking me to leave a review, and the company is registered in UK. I'm confused but, here is my experience with FRUUGO:
- it was 1st time when ordered from them; I didn't know the item was coming from China (I wouldn't have placed the order otherwise); waited almost a month for the item to arrive;
- the item arrived broken so asked for refund; the China company kept offering me a 25% discount and asked me to try and fix the item. I told them 50% discount was the minimum I could accept, they didn't agree so then Fruugo stepped in and refunded me 50% of the value (although the item arrived broken). So I had to make a lot of combinations between my old and the new/broken item to be able to fix it on my van.
- my advice is STAY AWAY from Fruugo. It's better to pay a little bit more for the item you need but you will get out of a big mess.
The 3rd party company you are buying from will not give you a replacement or refund. I got 50% discount but, obviously, was not enough for a broken item.
Do NOT recommend!!!!!!

The product that I received is of EXECRABLE quality and effectively DOES. NOT. EVEN. WORK. I waited more than 3 weeks for a NON-FUNCTIONAL AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. I have the order number and pictures to prove.

A cheap immitation sent instead of article advertized with pictures.

Scam. No updates on delivery, no delivery after 1 month. No answer from the seller or fruugo. Stay away.

5 months have passed and I haven't received the goods or the money back, I think it's a scam (fruugo.ro)

made an order - everywhere it was written a week somewhere. as a result, 3 months have passed - the money is not returned - typical scammers.
it’s generally low to conduct such a business - I propose to put forward a class action
