I placed my order over a month ago it still isn’t here
I placed my order over a month ago and still haven’t received the product, despite the tracking site saying it’s in my country. no one within the company has helped me find the tracking number needed to get it, if it’s even actually in sweden like the website claims it is. I received a partial refund the first time they messed up the delivery (mid january) but am being completely ignored the second time they messed it up. It wouldn’t have mattered if I had the product but I don’t have it so I feel like I just wasted money. do not order from here. you won’t get your product. I feel they try and I appreciate that but it’s very bad service anyway
