No one authorized this company to send me products waiting for a return label but I have a feeling it won’t be easy to get one , does anyone know how to close the account can’t find anywhere that says close account . This is insane and just a few minutes ago received another product
return label not receiving
I purchased product on Dec 10th. I am still trying to get return label. I have called and text over 10 times. The answer, you will get the label tonight. And nothing after that. The customer service keep saying the same thing on every call. Asked to supervisor and you will never get anybody. I will never buy here again. I lost $199 because this place is aweful.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. They put you through the wringer asking you to write out entire dictations via email to try and convince them to let you return defective merchandise. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Don’t waste your time with them.
FSA store goes off line or unavailable…
FSA store goes off line or unavailable every year starting end of November to December. It is sketchy since most people with remaining balance in their FSA ( which is also a pain to file claims at) would want to shop and use their money through FSA store. I don't get it! It is ripped off.
I received a defective product
I received a defective product, and after contacting them, they sent me a replacement. Unfortunately, the second one was also contaminated. After I reported that the second product was defective, they stopped responding to me.

I am writing to express my concern regarding The Orbit and The Mark Aletha Health items, $300 purchase. I purchased last week and does not work for overweight persons. When I called your customer service, I was informed that there is nothing that can be done because the product was opened. Of course I opened the package to USE THE PRODUCT. I did not take off any plastic or stickers. It was not a good fit for my body type, so I placed it back in all of the original packing. Additionally, I was told there was no supervisor available to speak with me.
I find this response unsatisfactory, especially given the short duration I have had the product and its subsequent failure for use. I am seeking a resolution to this issue, as I believe it is unreasonable to expect the package would not be opened. This item should state: NON RETURNABLE.

After being barraged with ads
After being barraged with ads, we placed an order with the FSA store. EVERY SINGLE ITEM was BACKORDERED. Getting through to the service desk was easy. Getting the person on the other end of the phone to understand... not so easy. We'll see if the refund process goes well.... we have a couple more days to wait on that one. NEVER AGAIN.
Falsely Offering FSA/HSA Covered Weight Loss
I used my Health Care Savings Plan (HCSP) pre-tax dollars to make a subscription purchase of semigutide.
I used ShedRx, based on the FSAstore.com’s advertisement of the FSA/HSA eligible weight loss program ShedRx.
My HCSP allowed the debit transaction to go through, however I was then required to submit a letter of medical necessity. Shedrx advised, via text, as that’s the only communication method available, they cannot provide such medical documentation and I could use the receipt in the patient portal. They advised me to download the receipt which had a Dx code in it. I submitted the receipt to my HCSP provider and they indicated it was insufficient and required specific information. I passed that information along to the ShedRx Care Team and they advised to submit the same documentation. I reached back out my HCSP and again, they advised the documentation was insufficient.
So, I reached out to the ShedRx Coaching Team and they told me to go back to the care team. I’ve paid $387 for something I received nothing for except frustration and I now have a recurring charge set to hit my HCSP. No one will assist me in getting my money back.
The product can’t ship until I have a coaching session and the coaching session cannot happen until I get the letter. So, I’m on the hook now for potential penalties and taxes as the HCSP is pre-tax dollars, and as it currently stands the cost is not an authorized HCSP expenditure. The only contact us information is a SMS text number. There’s virtually no other information available. I just want my money refunded back to my HCSP and the recurring charge and subscription canceled. The FSAstore.com should not knowingly offer a product on the premise of being FSA/HSA eligible when it’s not. This is beyond frustrating and I will not use the FSA store any longer.
In my initial chat with the FSAstore.com support team, I was told that my inquiry had to go through ShedRx. They WON’T help me. This is so frustrating. The consequences of this are far more reaching than just the money. I will now have my card suspended.
Don't use the FSA.com store
First of all the ordering process was very painful. They could not provide me with an itemized receipt with a total at the bottom so that I could submit it to FSA. I'm waiting a week or so for my order to come in and they tell me all that was flagged for fraud and by the way did you get an email stating it was flagged for fraud. Next they said they've already credited my account but they did not credit my account. This was a $561.85 order. So at the end of the day I don't have my merchandise they couldn't reproduce the order for me they wanted me to go back in and recreate the order which I don't have time to do. Horrendous horrendous customer service do not use this company find another company.
Terrible customer service
Their customer service is terrible and use outdated material. It also seems like it has been outsourced outside of the United States. Be prepared to wait days at a time for refunds and be prepared to aggressively follow up on those refunds since they will sometimes insist that it is going through just for them to check and realize that it is not going through. Ask for a confirmation email or code that states your refund was successful since your fsa provider will likely ask for it. Also, do not let them tell you that someone will reach out to you or email you. There is a very good chance they will not and you will have to call again and do the same thing. I wouldn't use this store again since their prices are either more expensive or about on par as other retailers.
Also, look at the complaints made on the Better Business Bureau website and you will see similar complaints to mine.
They don't tell you if an item is out of stock until AFTER you buy it
I appreciate the comprehensive selection of FSA-eligible items and reasonably quick delivery. My biggest issue with FSAstore is just that their website doesn't tell you when an item is out of stock or backordered until AFTER you order it (and thus cannot get a refund except for store credit). Twice now, I've ordered something, waited weeks while FSAstore decided whether they'd be able to fill the backorder or not, and then get a store credit like a month later. Not helpful. If they ever fix this issue on their website, I'd gladly bump up my rating because the ordering process is smooth otherwise.
Also note that some of their items are a little pricier compared to other online stores, so I'd recommend shopping around for the best prices.

I ordered a heating pad over a month ago and never showed up. I tried to get on the website and it let me in once! It said my item was being prepared. Then it never let me log in again. Just keeps saying invalid password. I know its not invalid bc i use the same password for everything. Its A scam page. Do not order from them!! They take your money and never ship your items!!
They sent me the wrong glasses and then…
They sent me the wrong glasses and then refused to make it right. When I told them I was going to file a complaint, they laughed and said go ahead" I ended up having to dispute the charge as they would neither send me a refund or repair the glasses. The glasses actually had 2 shapes. The left eye was round and the right eye was oval...Yes you read that right! They are hands down the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I'll never use them again.
Order from FSA store for headaches and added stress...
I placed an order on 12/21/2023 for $685. I recieved most of my order however on the packing slip it stated the baby monitor I ordered was in the order and it was not. I contacted fsa store where they stated that the item was in fact out of stock which was never disclosed at checkout and that it would ship out when it came in. I called back several times in January to check on status, everytime being told it was still on back order. At the end of Jan I called because I saw on website the item was in stock however was told it was not and they asked me to send photos where it showed that on their site. I did and was told I would be contacted which never happened. This morning 2/1/2024 I get a text and email saying an item I looked at was back in stock. It was the monitor I purchased so I called fsa store to see when they would ship mine. The woman tells me that they were not shipping one to me that they cancelled the order. She said they still had my money and could refund it. I explained to her I had to use the money prior to the end of 23 or I would lose it and it is now 24. She then Said she would issue a store credit and I could repurchase the item. I then said that wasn't fair since in Dec when I ordered the product it was on sale and it wasn't now. I told her I wanted her to ship it like should have been. She kept referring to me as though they had already shipped me this item prior which was not the case. After about 20 minutes on hold She finally came back and said she would ship one. We will see! I will never order from this company again and based on the BBB complaints this company is notorious for issues. Save yourself some stress and shop elsewhere.
FSA Optical Store is slow in comparison to competitors
FSA Optical Store is slow for glasses. If they do not carry the frames in stock, it would be nice if it stated that you may have to wait an additional 2 weeks just for the frames to arrive to them, then 7-10 days for them to add the lenses, then another 7-10 days for shipping. The last glasses I ordered came from GlassesUSA and it was 6 days from the time I placed the order until they arrived on my doorstep. Hindsight, it looks like they are also priced less for the same frames. Live and learn.

Items took forever to be delivered and on separate days! I was hoping fast shipping and great prices, but I can purchase for lower prices elsewhere in larger quantities. To me, this is NOT worth it.
Delivery Issues
If a product is in stock, why does it take so long to ship out? Here we are on day 5 and it still says getting ready to ship. I have called into customer service twice and they've been very nice, however, I should have read all the delivery complaints with the BBB before ordering. I will never order again from your site. That fast shipping is complete bogus!!
Wrong items delivered
I received a box through FedEx, but it was nothing I ordered. 2 items I would never order! My order was 16 items, and I received none of them. Customer Service is resenting my original order, but I'll have to wait another 2 weeks. Plus I have to return the items I never wanted.
