I want to share my deeply disappointing and alarming experience with FSE Tutoring to warn other parents about their unethical practices. As a parent seeking the best for my child’s education, I trusted FSE Tutoring to deliver quality tutoring services, but they completely violated that trust.
Firstly, they stored my credit card details without my authorisation and were planning to used them without my consent. This is a serious breach of privacy and security that no reputable company should ever engage in. I felt not only deceived but also vulnerable, knowing my sensitive information was mishandled in such a careless and unethical manner.
Furthermore, the company misrepresented the qualifications of their tutors. I had explicitly stated that my child’s tutor needed IB certification, a requirement I emphasised as non-negotiable. However, they completely disregarded this and refused to provide any information regarding the qualifications and experience of the selected for my child tutor. This deceit was compounded by the fact that they also ignored my request for no lessons during school holidays, showing a total lack of respect for my instructions as a client.
Adding insult to injury, their services are outrageously expensive, especially considering the lack of transparency and professionalism. Their contracts are unfairly structured, locking parents into agreements that are nearly impossible to exit without incurring hefty fees. The entire experience felt like a calculated scheme to extract money from concerned parents without delivering on their promises.
I urge parents to think twice before engaging with FSE Tutoring. Protect your family from falling victim to their deceptive practices and seek out reputable alternatives where your expectations, privacy, and trust will be respected.
P.S. If there ware negative scores, I would not have given them even 1 star.

We had two tutors both were absolutely fantastic.
If there were any issues they were responded to and fixed immediately

I was honest so strss when I saw the results of my son's Biology test he had C for Biology in grade 11.
So I reached to full Spectrum Education, and Ben gave me advice and said i will give you an educator to help with your son i just went and trust him."
The results of my trust, my son ended up receiving a Biology award and AMPOL BEST ALL AROUND AWARD last night. I couldnt be more proud and thank you again Ben and the team for making this happen for my son.

Full spectrum equipped my daughter with the core technical skills to enable her to improve her approach to classes and consequently her performance. It instilled in her a renewed self-confidence and self-worth. She must work at it each day but with the foundational skills she has become largely self-reliant. She is a far more confident young lady for her experience with full spectrum.

As the President of the Blackhawks Ice Hockey Club I have engaged with Ben and his team on numerous occasions in order to discuss matters of sponsorship of our community sporting club, thoughts on promotions and a activities and development opportunities.

I have always found them to be very professional in their communication and seek to lead with their approach. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend FSE.

Full Spectrum Education was fantastic with providing my daughter with valuable tutoring prior to her Year 12 exams. The lessons were very beneficial and her tutor (Anita) was amazing. The lessons addressed the areas of concern my daughter had in her subjects and we saw a marked improvement in her understanding and confidence with the subject matter. Full Spectrum Education were great (and flexible) with organising lessons and providing feedback after each session. Overall, I was very pleased I made the decision to use Full Spectrum Education and I recommend them very highly. As a father of three I will definitely consider using their services for the educational support of my other children.

My son has been in the Full Spectrum Education program for a year and a half. He has been tutored in Maths by John Clonis. He started as a student that struggles with Maths and is now thriving and feeling more confident than ever. The one on one time and care shown by his educator John has been so helpful. We are so grateful for the support.

Full Spectrum Education supported our son through Year 12, the teaching and learning in the sessions not only helped him achieve the ATAR score he needed but also gave him great confidence entering every end of exam.

Had 4 sessions with our tutor now. My son is approaching Year 12 exams & was worried about his maths & chemistry after doing poorly on some trial exams. I was a little worried about how much use a last minute tutor would be but full spectrum found us a school teacher doing tutoring on the side so we could get right into things from the first night. Their service is a bit pricy especially if you dont want to sign up for a full term but other than that its been great. We are going to squeeze in a few extra nights in before exams.

We used Full Spectrum to find an in home tutor for our daughter. Our tutor is an actual high school teacher working with full spectrum on the side so she is super knowledgeable. We had heaps of issues with resistance to attending school & this has been fading as time goes on. 10/10

This company is an absolute disgrace! Their auto renewal contract is very unfair and when they can’t provide a Tutor they keep taking money from your account and threaten you with legal action if you try to cancel the direct debits. You are not shown any crime check or Working with children’s card. The founder Ben Maher and his management team behave like bullies.
