I was recommended FSW psychology by my counsellor for an assessment for ADHD and any other neurodivergence.
Freya went out of her way to arrange a screening for me and remained in contact since first contact. The free consultation that gets the ball rolling allowed me the confidence to make contact in the first place.
I had such a good experience and was made to feel comfortable by Freya and Amy.

FSW Psychology provides a highly professional yet empathic and person centred service. Communication throughout the process has been excellent. Paula, who conducted the assessment, was warm and engaging. She created a supportive atmosphere despite the assessment being conducted online and gave my daughter time to process the questions. We were never rushed and there was no sense of going through the motions when undertaking the interview aspect of the assessment. The outcome report was well written, thorough and full of useful observations and suggestions for supporting my daughter at home, in school and at university in the future. After years of trying to get help we decided to get a private assessment for our child and I wish we did it sooner. Freya and her team where wonderful, they where always their to answer and questions and offer support. It sounds silly but we felt heard. Every step was explained and we were able to take thing at our own place, they even arranged a follow up appointment for my daughter to give the opportunity to ask questions and explore her diagnosis.
