Saved a fortune by going direct to the supplier
I realised the bed being advertised elsewhere on several well known high street retailers is being supplied by FTA furnishing. Saved a few pounds going direct with them and their service was great, delivering quickly and very well protected packaging. 5 stars from me

AVOID!!!
If I could rate less, I would. Ordered through wowcher, delivery turned up earlier than scheduled and I wasn’t told, so I missed it. I was then unfortunately taken very unwell and was in and out of hospital for months. Granted this isn’t the companies fault, but also not mine!
Now I’m better, I have tried to contact them multiple times on different days and I am consistently being ignored! So I’ve paid nearly £500 and received nothing. Terrible customer service ignoring me and no contact was ever made about giving me a refund.
Having been ill for so long, I am already down a lot of money and this really isn’t what I needed on top of that. Not to mention the stress of it all.

It’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t got my bed. Every time I call they keep saying next week, next week. Am I even getting this? Very disappointing!!!

The service was alright
The service was alright. I received no information about the status of my package after confirmation, even after the delivery time, as stated on their website, had passed. I started to think that it was a scam website. I had to get in touch with the company to check the product's status. They did respond quickly though and were able to give me what I was looking for.

Ignoring emails and still no product delivered
Bed delivery was attempted by a particularly useless driver, then “damaged in transit” and returned to the company. We were told our order would be resent on 21st July. It’s now 3rd August and we have had 4 emails ignored, and no further word from the company. Will be taking further.
