I'm writing this Formal Grievance because my browser tab has been open for three weeks waiting for this company to process my withdrawal! It is an Absolute Disgrace. I'm a highly distracted individual right now, knocking over my coffee mug just thinking about how they Robbed me. They present themselves as a serious broker, but it is pure Fraud. The so-called Customer Service agent is a complete Liar who gave me fake responses while they all ignores my emails. It is a Scam and they steal your hard-earned Money. I was desperate and furious. I demand Justice immediately! I must reluctantly admit that i only found a resolution when I contacted CoveXicllc. They are the only ones who actually retrieved my funds after this horrific ordeal, they have the capability to fix this egregious theft. Do not trust Ftifinance, they will deny your withdrawal and leave u with Nothing.
