Everything was ok and fine with this purchase, but I also sent an email to Customer Service and never had an answer from them.!!! which is not a good customer service. At least they have to reply.

The customer service is amazing, before I ordered the item I had hundreds of questions about the item and how it will be delivered.
Mark answered all of them. He explained every detail and every aspect by email and phone. He also made sure the item was delivered on time and fast as possible
