free trial cancelled well ahead of time, still charged
When YouTube TV dropped ESPN, I signed up for a FUBOTV "Three month FREE TRIAL". Cancel at anytime! I cancelled six days later. I received an email from a "cancellation site" called XPENDY stating the CC I used for FUBOTV was charged $14.95 for them to send a certified letter to FUBOTV confirming my cancellation. (I know). It took deep digging to find out who and what XPENDY was. Meanwhile I was charged for two months of service starting the day after I cancelled. I disputed all three charges with my CC company. The charges were reversed then the two FUBO charges added back because FUBO told my CC company I never cancelled. I checked my account and it showed Cancelled. After detailed conversation with FUBO's AI Customer Service (keep the flow going because if you delay even an hour in answering they dump the entire conversation and say they show no previous info) FUBO says they don't use any 3rd party cancellation site and don't know who XPENDY is. I continued to get non-answers! So...a three month Free Trial ended in multiple charges well within the cancellation date. FUBO is a scam!
Without NBC and MSNow Fubo sucks. Freaking pedo supporter provider. Fuc Fubo
They are very misleading in what they say you can have. They say you have all local sports but when you get your bill they have charge you extra and didn't tell you up front. Then they tell you that you have unlimited screens which is not true because it's actually only when you are all at home on the same wi-fi. But they do not tell you these things upfront.
7 day trial was 6 days. ESPN unlimited never worked properly and wouldn't let me access on anything other than my PC. The channel guide is filled with free channels that clutter up the few things I actually wanted to watch. Why would you flood premium channels with that nonsense? What a terrible service.
Living in the Seattle area I would like to watch the Super Bowl since the Seattle Seahawks are one of the teams playing in the Super Bowl. However, Fubo does not have NBC (King 5 local) in it's lineup for my area.
What's up with that?
The website is outdated. Still says old price . There’s supposed to be a reduction in beginning of January. Bill due February 20 still has the higher price. Confusing what is the price.
Zero stars! Fraudulent business practices.
I started a 5 day free trial with Fubo and was charged $58.68 the same day, January 18, 2026. I cancelled the trial in time despite no 'reminder' as stated in the sign-up page and no button to cancel early to avoid charges (this was confirmed by email and later by phone call) but supposedly, an old email from a previous free trial in 2025 was 'reactivated', without warning, without information, without confirmation. That email address was cancelled prior trial ending and the account 'deleted', or so I thought but instead, FUBO obviously keeps such information, does not delete ANY emails if you do not go through extensive Privacy change procedures not ready available online but provided by email after disputing the charges and then it supposedly takes weeks to be deactivated (so the 'account' can be reactivated any time by an innocent user by simply clicking on the app. When the 'old email' was reactivated, there was no information, no activation reminder or anything to warn about any other email used. Also, the supposedly 'manager' of billing services was extremely rude and inappropriate and unwilling to make any attempt to resolve this issue.
I have seen similar complaints already dating back to 2023, I know that others have been charged for such bad business practices. I would like to see same customer protection action against Fubo and that such shady business practices are controlled.
If I could give zero stars I would. I cancelled my subscription, was not charged for November 2025. I thought all was finished until Jan 2nd I saw a charge for More than the original subscription. I cancelled again. The money was taken out of my account on Dec. 31 2025, I saw it on my account Jan 2nd. I cancelled again immediately and was told sorry no refunds. No one in this company cares about anything other than getting money. I am a single grandparent trying to make ends meet. I thought Fubo would be a cheaper option for tv. I was wrong!
Chatting was quick and efficient. But would like the higher in management to know that I urge Fubo to offer the Golf Channel.
I feel that the customer service team was committed with addressing my concerns for my account. Very thoughtful and thorough response and attentive to my concerns.
Conversing with the agent was great.
What isn’t great is the cost of your sports pro package.
I know that people are finding other ways of watching soccer because fubo and dazn are just too expensive!
The service was what I wanted and I will resubscribe in the Fall. I only use it for football season, and it is over except for Super Bowl, which I will watch elsewhere.
Your AI system was not very good. After 60 minutes I gave up! Only to try again 30 minutes later. Eventually I got to talk with A REAL PERSON who was able to help.
Agent was very good in dealing with a situation that was out of her control. Fubo has done the right thing in reducing their cost because of the NBC issue. I really hop they can get the situation resolved before the Superbowl.
They billed us before the free trial ended and made disputing the charge very, very difficult compared to for example YouTube tv … buyer beware … watch carefully
While we could not fix the issue that brought me to the help desk, I appreciate that we exhausted all of the possibilities rather than just giving up.
Questions were answered and refund granted
My experience was fine because of my interaction with your representative. However, I'm not at all currently pleased with Fubo. Watching golf on tv is very important to me. If you cannot resolve the issue with NBC very soon, I will be forced to drop Fubo and pick another streaming service. Bob Ostlund
Fubo freezes up on me on a daily basis. I have to go out of the app and back in. Seems like Fubo could do better for the amount of money customers pay for this service!
