Achtung Betrüger!

Achtung Betrüger!
Die Ware habe ich bestellt und bezahlt am 8.6.24, sollte bis zum 11.6 geliefert werden laut Webseite. Am 12.6 kam eine E-Mail mit einer Amazon Logistik Trackingnummer (die jedoch nicht funktioniert) und sollte zwischen dem 13 - 17.6 geliefert werden. Die Ware kam nie an.
Auf mehrere E-Mails wurde nicht reagiert, nicht einmal auf die Androhung einer Strafanzeige. Anrufen ist ebenfalls unmöglich, da geht nur ein Band ran welches auf E-Mail verweist. Laut Amazon wird die Bestellung bei mir nicht mehr ankommen...

Auf meine Emails wird nicht geantwortet (5). Habe anfangs eine gute Bewertung abgegeben, die ich nun zurücknehme.Ganz schlechter Kundenservice!! Telefonisch nie erreichbar. Habe das auch bei Klarna schon gemeldet. So gewinnt man keine Kunden!!!!
