I had my bike serviced at Fudges Cycles in Chiswick, today, and the experience was genuinely incredible. The gentleman who looked after me was unbelievable - incredibly reassuring, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I felt confident about the work being done, and treated me with the kind of care you rarely see these days.

My bike feels brand new again, and the whole experience was smooth, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I honestly couldn’t recommend Fudges Cycles highly enough. If you want exceptional service from people who truly know their craft and care about their customers, this is the place to go.

I've recently had all of the family bikes serviced at the Addlestone shop prior to taking them on our summer holiday. Every bike was meticulously checked and serviced with replacement parts replaced on when genuinely necessary. Days before we were due to leave my son damaged part of his bike. I took it back to Fudges and they have bent over backwards to make sure he had a bike to take on holiday.
Overall, an excellent service the likes of which is rare these days.
