My first order didn't get 20% off
My first order didn't get 20% off
I emailed support immediately after ordering and they said it was already shipped so they can't do anything (though I don't understand how that could possibly prevent billing changes...).
Then I got an email from UPS saying I owe $171 for import duties.
I emailed support, but they are completely opposed to making this right.
I have no option but to file a chargeback. This company would literally rather get in a petty fight with first-time customers and pay $200+ of their duties/fees instead of letting the customer get the overpriced merchandise they wanted to overpay for. Pretty baffling business-sense, the revenue coming in must be massive in order to treat your customers like this.

Great quality
Great quality. I usually wear US size small slim fit. So I ordered a XS since it's a regular fit. It is sightly snug but I rather it so than loose. Looks great. Feels great. The packaging was beyond excellent. Great presentation package wise.
