They canceled my rush order twice because their fraud department flagged it as suspicious. They did not call for any verification and told me to use PayPal next time. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There are other suppliers, use them.

Purchased head pipes, slip-ons, air cleaner, power vision 4. They guided me through the purchase and fielded multiple questions as I was installing. Don't even recognize the bike with all the modifications. Awesome experience.

I recently purchased a tune from Fuel Moto for my 08softail springer screaming eagle 110 cvo I spoke with Lucas for what tune I would need, then Lucas put the tune in my pv4 .I then flashed it in my ecm the performance gains amazed me!! In my world Lucas is the king of tunes!!!! Thank you!!!!! Bob N

PV4 from Fuel Moto is the way to go!
If you get a Powervision make sure you get it from Fuel Moto. Just have to advise your mods and they will send you a tune, I forgot to add my exhaust system and they emailed back with an updated tune!

In 2021, I bought a new Can-Am Spyder F3. DynoJet was not into the Spyder F3 market yet. Long story short, Fuel Moto contacted DJ and got the ball rolling. To do my part, I sent D J the ECU off my bike so they could...do whatever programming they do. Then, I bought a PV3 loaded with DJ programs. It wasn't cheap but, since F M said they do free revisions to the map...great. So couple years have gone by and my bike started stumbling out of the gate. I contacted Lucas at F M (owner?) who directed me to make a Log of data and send it through their website page requesting an updated fuel map. The next day, I tried to contact Lucas using the same email address that's active for approx. two years, and my email bounces back, over and over and over... Apparently, Lucas shut down his email address. Well, I answered my own question, completed their document and attached the needed files. That was about three weeks ago. No response to my emails (to their general address). No updated fuel map. Thankless low-brow customer appreciation.

Great customer service for a new tune, and all parts ordered were quality and correct fit. I have bought from FM numerous times and always completely satisfied .

They have best in class customer service, quick shipping and their EFI tunes are lock on. This may seem like what you should expect but in the Harley aftermarket segment it is not normal. At Fuel Moto it is their DNA. Exceptional serviced before and after the sale and with products that they actually stock and don't rely exclusively on factory drop ship.

had bought a dynojet PV4, unfortunately not at fuel moto so without a tune, it turned out that dynojet had no tune for a cam. contacted fuel moto and they could deliver it. this was very easy, was prepared in the app and could download and flash it.
the first tune didn't seem right, the 2nd didn't and the 3rd didn't either. then Lucas said, think there is something wrong with the engine. after a lot of searching, my injectors turned out to be no longer ok.
despite the fact that my injectors did not turn out well, lucas continued to help me without charging extra.he always emailed back within 2 days
my engine now runs like a beast on the first tune, so lucas got it right on the first tune. I am super happy

After Purchasing a Dynojet Power Vision PV4 Tuner from Dennis Kirk (Mistake on my part as they off no tune support), I went to their Website for a DynoJet Tune. Being a HUGE Dyno Tuning Company, You would think they had a Large Supply of Canned Tunes. Especially since a version of this Tuner has been out for a dozen or more Years! That was a Joke. They had 0 Tunes for my very common combination. A 2018 M8 107 Engine, S&S 475c Cam, High flow Exhaust and High Flow Air Cleaner. They had 3 versions of the same Tune for just the Exhaust and Air Cleaner, NO CAM Support at All, ZERO FOR ANYBODY. So, NO PROVISION FOR A CAM UPGRADE AT ALL. They told Me to find a DynoJet Tuning Shop so I could pay $300-$800 for a Dyno Tune. 🤬

After doing Proper Research this time, I found out that Thank God, I could buy into Fuel Moto Tune and Customer Support for only $100. IF I had bought directly from Fuel Moto in the first place I would have got a better price and a FREE TUNE plus FREE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
I got an amazing Tune from Lucas at Fuel Moto within 12 hours because it was asked for Sunday Morning at like 2am when I finished my Research or I’m sure it would’ve been sooner.

The Tune turned my 2018 Sport Glide from a Sewing Machine with marginal power into a Freaking Beast! I Love It!

I have been buying from Fuel moto for decades. They have always delivered quality products and excellent customer service. I recently had an issue with a fuel controller and ECM on my 2021 HD Ultra Limited. They paid for the return shipping for my fuel controller and ECM to help resolve the issue. Come to find out, the HD dealer had bent an ECM prog doing a safety recall update. Fuel Moto resolved the issue and shipped everything back, free of charge and properly mapped. In this day in age of quiet quitting and poor customer service, Fuel Moto is a beacon of old school, take care of business, class and excellence! If you are looking for performance products for your Harley Davidson, buy from Fuel Moto. They are well priced and their knowledge and experience will serve you well if you ever have an issue. I was not paid or compensated for writing this, just a very happy customer.

Well, I purchased the 110" outlaw kit from fuelmoto as well as a dynojet powervision tuner. The reason I purchased the powervision was because, as explained to me, the thundermax system would not work with the setup I had. The map would not be right. So, as advised, I purchased the powervision. My bike has been at the shop now for 4 weeks. The tuner is problematic to say the least. The machanic tells me that the bike runs fine, very strong but once you shut it down hot you have to wait for it to cool down before it will start again. He says that the tuner came with a setup for a 107" instead of the 110" I have. Multiple people in the shop said that the thundermax would have been the way to go. I called fuel moto back as the shop I have gone with has told me they were waiting for word back from an email they sent to fuel moto. The gentleman I spoke to tryed to blame the shop and the machanic even said that he has one in his bike that works fine. He also asked me what my expectation was and I told him" to be riding my bike right now instead of having it in the shop. I would love to send the garbage tuner back but once installed they will not take it back.......fitting as you don't know what problems you are instore for unless it is installed. If this is the way they wish to treat someone ten this will be the last dime I will spend at fuelmoto! I am spending enough from their product at the shop.

Fuel Moto USA is a real deal company. I’ve received my order after only one week and I live in the UK! From Fuel Moto straight to my doorstep! That is awesome! Also they have price match for Power Vision and lifetime support. That is pretty cool if you ask me. If you are in the market for ECM tuner, for example, I would definitely recommend to stop by Fuel Moto and buy it from them. You won’t regret it.
