It's lot better than I thought the running machine is really good only one problem when it was delivered there's long scratch on side and plastic on side small crack it must have been done when shipped but it's still class

Customer service was excellent from start to finish! The Fuji Health ProMax Rowing Machine is fantastic! It's strong, smooth, and easy to use. I love the adjustable resistance and comfy seat. The display helps me track my progress. A great choice for anyone looking to stay fit at home. I am an electrician by trade and I love that it generates electricity and I can use the stored power to listen to the music whilst I continue with my weights training!

The Fuji Health ProMax Rowing Machine is awesome. It's strong, smooth, and simple to operate. I really like how I can adjust the resistance and the seat is really comfy. The display keeps me on track, and it's quiet as well. Perfect for a home workout setup!

I did lots of research before finding a replacement treadmill then came across Fuji which sounded to good to be true. But I went with my gut feeling and have been more than impressed with every part of the process from my initial contact (no hard sell) swift response, easy online order to perfect delivery on the day requested.
Everything I've read up on regarding the Fiji treadmill has delivered and if you want a product that is stylish and is impressive look no further.

I have owned a Fuji treadmill for about 2 years or so and I had inserted too much oil, which caused some damage. I must admit the instruction manual is not quite clear about maintaining the treadmill. I emailed Fuji and I have received a response and action within days. The engineer that came to the flat was polite, knowleable and on time. He sorted out the problem and I am glad to be able to recommend them and to support the local business. I hope I will receive the same support if anything happens again! Many thanks!

I would highly recommend anyone thinking of buy a product from this company to do so, as their customer service was next to none. I ordered a running and was delighted with the quality of same. Had a small issue with the treadmill and contacted them, they immediately sent me out a new one without any fuse. That to me indicates how much they care not only about their product but also highlights their goodwill towards their customers. 5 star rating from me.

The treadmill itself works well, when it does and we worked it out as a power cable fault. We spoke directly to Fuji and the person was very rude like we were stupid, and he arranged to come out and view. He did, claims he sat outside for an hour, very rude man. then comes in and says there's nothing wrong with it, but i said we changed power cable and seems ok now but generally the fault happens after my husband has been running on it for a while, and the man tested it with a 30 second run. Then excused me of changing the fuse in the machine, I wouldn't even know where it was located. Is this company run by 1 man, the business is being shown as a large company, but seems to be 1-man, online phone, online chat and the engineer, all a bit strange.

Every part of this purchase has gone so well. Perfect treadmill for my needs, delivered quickly, looks fabulous, conveniently fits in my small space, slick, robust and works perfectly. Incredibly easy to setup and use. Delivery staff were also excellent. Extremely rare to receive such problem and stress free service start to finish. Congratulations on a top quality product and exemplary customer service.

Excellent service! Best ever. My queries answered immediately. My treadmill arrived in 2 working days of ordering it. It is a lovely machine, works beautifully.
Although it was packaged well, out of the packaging a protective plastic cover on the corner was broken. I called the customer service. The same day, In 4 hours, the engineer came to replace the broken piece as good as new.
I don’t think I have ever had such good responsive service ever in England online. And the Fuji treadmill is a beautiful machine, highly recommended.

Great service. Tried treadmill on Saturday, delivered and installed on Tuesday as arranged. Features all explained including the App. Convenient size and has all the features needed. Looks smart and can be folded away if necessary. Just what I was looking for.

I bought this treadmill as a Christmas present to myself in December 2020 and I am still loving it! The design is very sleek and ergonomic and looks well in my living room (I don't even fold it up now as I used it so much and it blends in so nicely in the corner, doesn't take up too much room). The touchscreen commands are easy to understand and use and it is Bluetooth compatible so you can plug your phone into the USB port to play music (the phone holder is extendable enough to fit my Amazon Fire tablet). This treadmill has a good heavy weight so that it doesn't slip or move around on the floor. I placed a rubbery/foam yoga mat underneath mine to protect my floorboards, though you don't have to. It is not so heavy that I can't shift it or lift it a bit when I'm cleaning my floors. The treadmill has 3 slope levels that can be changed manually. It really is a simple to use piece of equipment that looks fab. If I could give an extra 6th star I would... for the treadmill comes already assembled, you take it out of the (huge) box it is delivered in (little kids will have hours of fun with the box!) and unfold it, plug it in, and Bob's your Uncle.... ready to go. Oh, and they also supply a neat little squeezy bottle of oil for maintenance purposes. I give this machine 10 stars out 5!!

Purchased during the time of COVID so not the smoothest of experiences. However, the team at Fuji Health were excellent and resolved any issues that I had. I couldn’t have been more pleased with them.

This is the best treadmill I’ve ever used, not just because it’s a great machine but it’s also very stylish and fits into my decor so well. I would highly recommend this to anyone!
