Bad customer service

Bad customer service. Server was taking orders from other tables who arrived after ourselves even though we made it known we were no longer choosing dishes, took 15 minutes before we were able to get their attention as they were speaking to their friend who entered the establishment. Stater brought to our table was incorrect and not what we ordered which had to be sent away. had to wait a further 20 minutes for what we ordered after already waiting 30 minutes.
