Fulfillment Bridge dont pay their bills, our orders get delayed/stopped

Fulfilment Bridge has been great for years, but we have recently not been seeing our orders being despatched. After lots of emails going back and forth they finally admitted that they had not serviced their account with the warehouse and the warehouse is now no longer sending out orders. This would not have been communicated to us unless I kept digging. We dont know what to do next but we will not be going forward with Fulfillment Bridge. We will likely be writing off our stock, our credit and the outstanding orders.

Easy and trustworthy

Have been using FulfillmentBridge for longer than a year now. Haven't experienced any troublesome issues yet.

They are quick to resolve anything and have a fast reaction time in customer support.

Software is easy to use and fulfill orders with. No issues with delivering my bulk inventory.

Would recommend the service for any E-commerce business.
