Horrible app

Horrible app. On three devices connectivity problems. If connected the resistance of the trainer was always behind the video, e.g. on a 60 km ride the trainer resistance was 18km behind. Absolutely unrealistic driving experience climbing up a 15% hill with a transmission of 53/12 and 100 rpm and just archiving 150W power. On the other side downhill I needed the smallest transmission. The support answered quick but had no soulutions for the problem. Not worth the money!

App is terrible

App is terrible. I was training for one of the specific Ironman rides, the video freezes at a specific point and doesn't move. I sent in a support ticket and the technician said he is working on it. That was 3 weeks ago. Use Rouvy instead, at least that app works !

I have been a customer for 3 years now and love the huge range of real-life rides

I have been a customer for 3 years now. The amazing range of real-life rides have been very motivating for me to keep riding and there's no chance I'll run out of ride options. My set up is simple with a windows computer and kickr core and it runs 99% of the time, occasionally I need a reboot or restart of the app before starting a ride but nothing beyond that. The facebook group is very friendly (fulgaz riders) and Rouvy's rep Erik has been great with updates about maintaining Fulgaz and has been very transparent and seems passionate to look after us subscribers. Highly recommend!

This app is utter garbage

This app is utter garbage. I think there must have been a recent update because now it doesn't connect to my trainer and polar chest strap most times I log in. It also crashes out if I try and continue with a ride which I have previously partly ridden. Has the potential to be really good, but looks like they have cut back on fixing the bugs to squeeze out more profit

I tried the 14 day trial

I tried the 14 day trial and it worked okay for me however the most annoying thing was the offer of another 14day free trial try as I may I could not get it to register. No one to contact !!!!! leads me to believe if you subscribed and the payments or cancellation of could be an issue.
Shame really they must be losing lots of custom.

Great Rides and Cheap as Chips.

Great variety of rides and for the most part very few technical issues. Been using it for about 18 months and only once did it fail completely and that was due to a Microsoft certificate issue which was fixed after a couple of days. Occasional issue with lag but it only seems to happen on the same rides so it maybe a video issue. Overall very happy and so much better than Rouvy which I tried for a very short period.

Fulgaz is horrible

Fulgaz is horrible, planned to buy subscription but will stay with my current software. Video laggy in worst places, FTP test is just pure cr*p, it made me stop in WARM UP period as so heavy it made it .... didnt finish it as it told me to change gear and my chain dropped on my brand new bike - first time. also im using Garmin tacx 2t so its not my trainer. Everything looks like its beta version for free to try. took me full day to install it in windows (thas probably microsoft store), downloading the map before workout its painfully slow even if I sit on 1Gbit fiber optic (Ookla test showing 0.8Gbit). Just not worth the money. Had Strava linked with it, and it was uploading 30s - cancelled routes (its common sense that it wasnt workout). Going into it as it was ironman maps supported, but now i rather ride rouvy or plain garmin. You shouldnt release this buggy disgrace before it was good and charging monthly for it? Im glad that i tried FTP test before i gave you my CC details. Watched loads of reviews but none of them were honest. so this one is. Hope it made someone save some money.

Total unreliable experience

Total unreliable experience. One star for the videos and routes. Software totally crap. Runs on a Mac with Apple chip. Video matches route profile shown...but software is lacking behind, so after decent you still go uphill with unrealistic speed and no effort. Changes in grade does't effekt you..but your speed varies. In the same gear and keeping steady RPM your speed varies between 25kmh to 60 kmh. Don't waste your time here.

Doesn't even show any routes on my pc

This app is complete garbage. Installing it in Windows only works through the Windows Store but I got that working.
Once in the app, 1 route-only is shown and it doesn't even work when trying to start it.
Reading other reviews, I seem not to be the only one who thinks the app is garbage.
Don't even feel to contact support about it. I went with the competition instead. More expensive but at least that one works.

Tried first time for IM course check

Tried first time for IM course check. I put 1 star for recorded course video only. For other, overall experience, i put zero. Video (pre downloaded) is completely out of sync, same effort could feel with extra 50w discrepancy +/-. It feels like you ride route and do not know what to expect every second and watching nice video. Why subscribe if you can just turn on same video on youtube and ride with your turbo.

Tried and never come beck again, until 100 peoples write reviews that current bugs fixed.

No issues with FulGaz

I’ve been using FulGaz for over 3 years. App is on iPad and connects to a Wahoo Kickr Core. Very few issues over the last few years. I d/l my rides and run my iPad through a 55” SONY HDTV. Occasionally have to reboot , but really not that often. I would like to see the company add a feature that lets you post a comment on the ride

Great riding app

I had Rouvy for a year but every time I downloaded an update there were problems. After the last update the app now crashes all the time. I started using Fulgaz and did have some problems with rides freezing. I worked out that it does take about 5mins to warm up. Now it works great. The road feel is excellent and the videos are great.

I had such high hopes for this

I had such high hopes for this. What a waste of time. Install was ok (laptop connected to big screen TV over HDMI).

On the good side: it connected to my wahoo stuff and my HR monitor. But that should be a given these days, not even in the "good stuff". That's how hard I had to hunt for "good."

UI is horrible. Really not full screen, just simulated. You can change the size? it seemed to reset to full screen, but the oddities going on there made no sense to me.

Selecting a ride:
- The thumbnails were extremely slow in appearing. After 30 minutes, I had maybe 10?
- Filters did not work *at all*. There is a reset button but no apply. I assumed I simply close the filter panel to make them work. Guess not.
- Ride selection needs VISIBLE scroll bar - not a hidden one - and clickable areas to scroll. Yeah, you can only touch the disappearing scroll piece.
- What IS the difficulty level based on? How to choose appropriately? What DOES 100 *mean*?

(and oh yeah, my trainer bike is NOT a road bike but a hybrid. It seems nobody wants to put in different bike styles.)

I chose a ride and started it. Video looks really nice (thumbs up for that. ) BUT the ride video starts moving *without me even ON THE BIKE*. Then streaming pauses.

Judging from the rides, casual non-race riders need not apply. Lots of hills seen. Might just be what people provide.

Fulgaz, did you lose all of your sane developers? I honestly spent 30 minutes trying to get my first ride, and had to give up - and I'm experienced with software & biking apps. Maybe I'll try again in a year if it still exists.

Worst program ever and a total waste of money. It took up to an hour to try and connect when other products are set up within 5 min. Promised features not working. I did eventually receive a refund for their defective program!
