Good, but not Great
Everything about my DMM purchase was good, it was delivered and contained everything stated etc... My issue is that I want some Sanwa accessories to go with my meter, specifically a clamp-on amp probe and a few others. I emailed info@fullparts or whatever the correct address is, but I got no response. I later found that full-parts is connected to Hedel, and I emailed Sarah at Hedel. She immediately emailed me back asking how many of the 5 or so Sanwa part numbers I wanted. But this is for personal use so I only need one of each and when I sent that back to her I got no further response. I would just like to be able to buy my accessories, but it seems I will have to hook-up with an international package delivery service and then order them through a Japanese website to get them.
