During one of the most awful times of our lives we were given full circle and Jeremy’s name to help us. I am so happy we were. He made the whole process so much easier from start to finish. When you just don’t know what to do at such a terrible time it was comforting to know that Jeremy was there to advise and take care of everything. He was always on the end of the phone or an email to guide us and make sure that everything went just as we wanted it. He organised everything needed even doing a drive past Altrincham Football club for us before the funeral, which was my dad‘s last wish. I really couldn’t recommend Jeremy and his company enough.

We as a family were so lucky to find Jeremy and Sara. How they helped us with the death of our wonderful mum and wife was just perfect. They were there from day 1 anytime and made the whole traumatic time so peaceful and calm. They way they looked after mum too was such a comfort to us all. They worked with us with the most beautiful service at St Vincent's Church and afterwards to. Thank you so much Jeremy & Sara, your kindness, empathy and help will never be forgotten. From the moment we first contacted Jeremy on the day Mum died and throughout our time working together, we really appreciated his thoughtfulness and reassuring, steadfast support. Though we chiefly dealt with Jeremy, it was clear that he and Sara truly care about what they do and the families they support. They took great care of Mum.

Jeremy sensitively guided us through all the potential options available and had great local knowledge. His help enabled us to create the funeral and celebration of her life that we wanted. Jeremy went above and beyond to ensure we could create a day that was wholly tailored to Mum, while ensuring we fulfilled all the practicalities.

We were very much struck by the fact that when we spoke with all of the other parties involved with the funeral process, they clearly had a great deal of respect and trust for Jeremy and the Full Circle team. From experience we can say that it is well deserved.

On the day of the funeral itself, Jeremy and all of the team took such good care of us that we were able just to focus on saying our goodbyes and celebrating Mum’s life with family and friends. Such a blessing.

A huge thanks to Jeremy and all of the team. It meant so much to have that dependable support during the difficult period of losing a loved one.

The calmness, understanding, patience, adaptability and support we received from Full Circle (Altrincham branch) from our first meeting was faultless, and I love that their premises feels bright, calm and not funereal. It made me feel more relaxed, soothed and less like crying. Mum’s funeral on the 31st January 2025 was truly wonderful— perfect, the ideal tribute to our Mum. We’ve received so many compliments. Bizarrely, I wish I could do the day again. It felt so cathartic to focus on Mum and all the joy she brought into our lives, as well as to be with family and hear stories from them and so many of her friends. When we were going through the worst time of our lives Jeremy gave us the reassurance that we were in safe hands. He was really understanding and explained everything to us. He went above and beyond.

Full Circle made a tricky time all the more bearable, due to their bespoke, sensitive, transparent practices. From the first conversation I knew we could trust them to look after our mum Sue, and they offered lots of helpful additional support, and really thought outside the box in terms of the funeral we wanted. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We were in Liverpool, so not at all local to them, but we knew we wanted a modern, ethical, trustworthy funeral directors, and they went above & beyond.

Jeremy and Sara were perfect from our first meeting to the bereavement support they advised on after our mother's funeral. Sensitive and respectful throughout, we really appreciated the suggestions they made regarding arrangements and they were attentive to all our requests. They were very responsive on any query we had. Full Circle Altrincham's support felt more holistic than I have previously experienced, with a modern approach. This is reflected in the atmosphere of their location in Altrincham where the decor is modern, calming and welcoming.

From the first initial meeting to the day of the funeral, Jez and Sara, listened and offered help, in the most compassionate and kind way.

Jez and Sara were wonderful at every step of the way, making the whole process around our mother's funeral remarkably stress-free despite it being potentially one of life's most stressful and sad events. They took care of everything and ensured it all ran smoothly, and I was quickly able to trust them completely. Their responsiveness was particularly impressive and helpful. Every query was answered immediately. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The supporting providers they suggested, like flower arrangement, choice of crematorium, celebrant, etc, were all an excellent complement to our vision for the funeral service. Thanks to their care and professionalism it was as perfect as we could have imagined. The whole family will be always grateful for their part in giving mum the send off she deserved.

There was a limited time window in which to arrange the funeral. Despite the challenges, Jez comfortably and professionally organised everything to our total satisfaction.

My family were supported by the Altrincham branch and I must the couple duo did a marvelous job. Their venue is beautifully presented calming and tranquil for families to attend to see their loved ones. The Altrincham branch assisted in searching venues for the wake, names of local professional services were also searched out by the Altrincham branch. I would highly recommend the Altrincham branch.
