AVOID, ordered 2 items and didn’t receive one of them. They have repeatedly said they would refund me but never did and now they are ignoring my messages. Looking at other reviews they do this a lot. Save your coins and shop elsewhere!

Item never arrived - no contact after I paid

I ordered a tracksuit on their website on the 10th of December, it’s now the 1st of january and it’s still not here. I emailed twice and tried 3 other ways of contacting them to find out where my parcel was. The only way i could get someone to reply was to put a negative comment on one of their tiktok videos and they then messaged me on tiktok saying they don’t monitor any social media messages, this company is a joke do not order from them!!

Ordered on the 2nd of December . Items were never sent . Contacted multiple times via email
and social media only to be ignored . Avoid this website as it is a scam and you will pay for items only to never receive them.

Absolutely terrible.

Placed an order on 13th August to which I paid £3.99 delivery. A couple of days later I received a slip through the door from Royal Mail saying I needed to go and collect from the sorting office as Fullfit UK hadn’t paid the postage their end. I have had to pay another fee to then collect my parcel. I have emailed them numerous times with no reply, messaged them on Instagram and even resulted to commenting on their posts which all get deleted and ignored.

Absolutely would not order from this website unless you want to pay near on £10 for postage fees and get ignored.

AVOID!!! Received only part of the order, have contacted them multiple times for a refund with no reply! No idea how I will get my money back now 😤

DO NOT ORDER! Ordered 2 items from their website and was only sent 1. Tried to contact the company on many different platforms, many times and no reply. No refund issued for other item and still unable to contact.

Order on Tik Tok Shop, a denim jacket and a play suit that has a skirt on the front and shorts from behind, ordered outfit for Morgan Wallen on 4th July, came really quickly - sizing is true to size, both items are very comfortable. Highly recommend using tik tok shop as they always have deals.

Ordered through tiktok shop. I never received part of my order so I contacted the company to ask them to send it to me or refund my money. It took days to get a response with them only replying with one message a day. I put in for a refund and it got rejected for not having enough evidence so messaged the seller again the be told to file a dispute or resubmit a refund request. I then requested a refund for the seller to reject the request. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SHOP! Also just found out they have changed company name to avoid refunds.

Joke of a company ordered a black playsuit took them over 2 weeks to post, with me having to keep contacting them , when finally arrived it was wrong - wouldn’t give me an address to post back for refund and said they would rectify it and still waiting for my correct item - seems to have disappeared down a black hole - luckily I did spend out loads. Would never order from them again

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE CANNOT BE TRUSTED

I ordered in may 2022 the parcel never arrived. Been asking for a refund from the end of may it’s now 28th July 2022 and still not fully refunded!!! Took them about 2 months to refund the clothing but never refunded the postage which I expect to be refunded since the postage never happened. Have a tracking number but Royal Mail never received the item!

Trying to get in contact with this company is beyond a joke. They say the only respond via email which is fair enough but it takes over a month and a few emails to get a response!

They used to be called the shoe stop uk and they have now changed their name to full fit uk I guess to avoid any refunds they owe as I’ve had to research into where they had gone.
