Do not trust the 19.00 sale

Like most of the people on here I bought a 19.00 class and was charged 97.00 a month later that I did not authorize. I emailed before the money was removed and stated that I did not authorize any subscription as directed on their website. I was charged 97.00 regardless 3 weeks later. I emailed about being refunded and got a refund earlier today, only for them to charge me 97.00 again later this evening. This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this company at all. Hopefully this will be corrected immediately. Meanwhile I am not at all happy with the underhandedness of this company.

Konnakol - a really wonderful course so far.

This particular course - Konnakol - is lovely - really well grounded and explained, and the videos/teachers have a lovely open vibe to them. I've been teaching class music in schools on and off for years and am always looking for new ideas. This is a real revelation.

Credit where credit's due

I recently wrote a review about the very poor customer service of Full of Mind after they took money from my account which I had not agreed to.
After a full week gone by and no response, I put up a negative review.
They very quickly got back to me after my review and to their credit refunded the amount taken from my account however it took the best part of a full month to get this sorted which is a shame and sadly i have lost trust in this platform. I did however feel it necessary and only fair to let it be known that they did finally honour their promise in providing a refund.
It is a shame that they did not respond in the first instance.

Got the technical issue with this…

Got the technical issue with this website after course buying, sent the request to support but the waiting time was around 4h - I think it’s quite okay and fast enough, but maybe not appropriate if you wanna watch the course immediately after buying.

The tech issue was solved tho after contacting with the support manager.
4/5 - fix the problems and it would be much better.

Avoid free trial

I bought. $19 course which looked interesting , only to discover that I also got a free trial of all courses on the site. By the time I read the small print that said the free trial would automatically convert to a weekly subscription, it was too late to go back and cancel. I fretted and swore I’d never buy anything again without checking re scams first. I got a confirmation email that gave a link to help options. I chose the email and sent a message asking that they either cancel just the free trial or if that wasn’t possible, then cancel the purchase as well. I just received an email from Maria in customer service saying my free trial had been cancelled. Thank you Maria. Why not be more transparent and give people a real choice up front rather than trying to lock them into a subscription without their being fully aware? Much better business practice and would reflect better on your website.

1. Automatic Free Trial Trap: I was unexpectedly enrolled into a free trial without my explicit consent. Beware, this can lead to unintended charges if you’re not cautious.
2. Zero Response to Emails: Despite trying to communicate my concerns, I received no replies. Customer support seems non-existent.
3. Poor Course Quality: Sadly, the content quality was below par. It doesn’t match up to the standards expected from professional platforms.

Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I advise caution to anyone considering using their services.

Fullofmind has sent me an invoice plus receipt 2 days ago of 97 Dollars for a course I have never ordered. Like everyone else here. I am really shocked that my mastercard credit details have been used and money taken of my card!!!!! Obviously, I have ordered some while ago a 19 Dollar course as well - I wonder which one ???! . I have written an email now with the request to transfer the money back to my mastercard and to let me have an explanation of this action. Unbelievable, it's really shaken me off. I purchased a course that was on sale…

I purchased a course that was on sale (around 20$) which I really like! A month later I realised that 97$ was deducted from my creditcard, which apparently is for an automated trial period. I was quite angry because I couldn’t clearly read this anywhere when purchasing the course. Afterwards I realised that this was written in their terms.
I contacted them via WhatsApp and got an answer the same day! I explained the situation and she ensured that the 97$ were transferred back to my account. Really good service and I was happy for their understanding! Thanks a lot !

Courses are great and the app really has potential

The courses offered are truly great as well as the customer service - quick, effective and friendly.
The subscription part could be more transparent though. I subscribed to a class for a very good price but ended up being charged an additional amount of money after. The product is very good so I think improving the subscription process and allowing a more informed consent would only give more credibility to their product. Also, offering a more affordable subscription and on a yearly basis - 100 USD per year for example, would certainly make me a loyal customer!

Like everybody, I took the seven day trial but you cannot cancel on the website. They have blocked it...
And the email I got said we deactivated your subscription..it was last week. I checked it ix still active.

I ordered and payed for a course. I was automatically put on a seven day trial subscription. I have been trying to unsubscribe which their website rejects. They have my bank details and haven't replied to emails.
I have emailed, whatsapped, got an ai response- we will get back to you... no reply. I have reported them and changed bank accounts.

I ordered a $19 course and was…

I ordered a $19 course and was automatically enrolled was in a trial, which $97 was charged to my credit card on the 7th day under a different name- Performance EdTech LLC. I immediately canceled and wrote 5 emails to them, but to no avail. I tried calling them but they only give you a fax #. I plan on reporting them to the credit card company for predatory sales practices. I see others have had the same problem. Buyer beware.

For this price the course is good

Grabbed the dance biomechanics course on this website. Paypal isn’t acceptable but cards are working correctly, but was hit with a bunch of extras - liked only the journal tracker, try to use it more every day.
Got some technical issue (found out because of my browser then), messaged their WhatsApp, waited 30 minutes, then they solved this really fast.
They're doing okay, but they've got some tech stuff to work out, like adaptation to different browser versions.
For this price the course is good 👍
