Fulton's Automatic Driving School Reviews

Nick was great to learn with , helped me with everything I needed. Highly recommend..he is the best ever instructor in uk

I had a truly great experience with Nick. Thanks to his exceptional guidance, I was able to pass my driving test on the very first attempt.

From the first lesson, it was clear that he is highly professional and responsible. What truly set the experience apart was his approach to building confidence.
Beyond his professional excellence, Nick is simply a nice human being—always encouraging and approachable.
I wholeheartedly recommend Nick to anyone looking for high-quality, professional, and confidence-boosting driving instruction.

I had the best experience with Nick. He’s not just a teacher but also a genuinely nice person. Over the months I was learning to drive, we bonded over our love for tea, family and the occasional radio quizzes! He’s very professional, flexible and patient. Thanks to him, I passed (at Chelmsford) and I’m now a very confident driver. 100000% would recommend Fulton’s to anyone!

Nick was great. Didn’t over complicate things, made sure I did my manoeuvres correctly and consistently. Made sure my general driving was perfect and didn’t rush me whilst letting me build my confidence as an independent driver.
Side note, conversation was always easy and never felt awkward or nervous during my lessons, which for anyone like me, made my driving experience much easier. Would highly recommend.

Learning to drive with Nick was a pleasure. There was never any awkwardness, he was patient even with my stressful parking 😂 and helped me build my confidence behind the wheel.
Definitely recommend!

I had an incredible experience learning how to drive with Nick over the past few months. He was patient and thorough. Nick always made sure I was building good driving habits and wouldn't let any skill or mistake slip without giving constructive feedback. Because of this, despite never having confidence to enter the driver's seat until my 30s, I passed my driving test first time with only 2 minors in an area I didn't know well. I can't recommend Nick enough. Choosing him to teach me how to drive has changed my life.

I honestly can’t recommend Paul enough! Thanks to his guidance and constant support, I passed my driving test first time today!!

Every lesson with Paul was relaxed but super productive. He explained things clearly and always helped build up my confidence, especially when I was feeling nervous around particular junctions.

He was really patient and encouraging throughout, and it was obvious he genuinely cared about how I was progressing.

He didn’t just help me get test-ready, he made sure I felt confident and safe to drive independently after passing.

Thank you Paul 🚗🙏🏼

Nick is an excellent driving instructor—patient, calm, and highly professional. He understands past habits of international drivers very well. He helped me fix those and get ready for driving in the UK. Thanks to his guidance, I passed my driving test with zero minor faults on my first try at Chelmsford (Hanbury Road). Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience learning to drive with Nick! His calm, patient, and professional approach made me feel confident behind the wheel from day one. He explained everything clearly, always gave constructive feedback, and helped me build strong driving habits. Thanks to his guidance and support, I passed my driving test on the first attempt! I highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a skilled and supportive instructor.

Nick was a great instructor, made me feel at ease from the first lesson. Very accommodating and reliable. Can’t recommend enough!

I had Layla and Nick as my instructors. They were both incredibly supportive and helpful for teaching me the basics of driving. They were exceptionally well at teaching more complex aspects of driving, including real life situations and how to react to others making mistakes. Their way of teaching stands out as they went through the mistakes as soon as they were done and helped explain what to do in order to fix them.

Nick instructor is excellent hardworking and relax . I taken lessons with nick which was more experienced and I passed my driving test at 1st attempt.
Thank you so much 😊

I passed my test today with Paul after having 3 instructors from a different company mess me about. He was referred to me by my colleagues and I just wish I had gone to him earlier. He teaches how to be safe AFTER passing not just how to pass and he only had 2 weeks to get me test ready. Honestly I could write a lot more but to sum it up his heart is in the right place.BOOK PAUL!

I passed my driving test last week, my instructor paul has been brilliant, really takes time to explain things in an easy manner, patient and has great attention to detail, and was as pleased as me when I passed.

Nick instructor made it easy ,relax and comfortable all thru my class. I passed once after few classes with fultons automatic driving school. Thank you nick.

Nick is a great instructor, I passed on the first time after less than 2 months of lessons

It’s a comfortable environment, don’t shout when mistakes are made only teaches you how to do better. I learnt quite quick my teacher was Paul and I am very confident after only 8 hours

What an amazing experience with Nick! Very comforting and supporting person! He made the lessons very easy going and passed the test with a few minors.

Fulton's Automatic Driving School was okay overall. The instructors were friendly and patient, but I believe there’s room for improvement in teaching style and organization. While I passed my test, the experience wasn’t as smooth or exceptional as I hoped. Decent option if you're looking for automatic lessons, but not entirely perfect.

I had a great experience with Fulton's Automatic Driving School. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. Nick and Layla were particularly fantastic at boosting confidence and providing clear guidance. I passed my test with minimal faults, and their teaching techniques really made a difference. I highly recommend their service to anyone learning to drive.
