PROMO IS A NO-GO

Listen I actually love the site etc as I am a huge fan of their sister site high5Casino HOWEVER what everyone is saying about them not honoring promos is true. Firstly I was sent a message that I can get “52 for 9.99 as my first purchase”. Liessss when I talked to customer service they told me if I deposited it wouldn't count since it was past “30 days”. NOWHERE on the promo or advertisement showed that “30 day” rule. I fought all day. No resolution. The agent Jonas was rude, no help and wouldn't escalate my concern because “the manager will say the same thing”. That was a week ago

Fast fwd yesterday I get a “match up to 10 dollars for your first deposit”. Ok cool I love High5 casino so ill give it another shot. Deposited 10 played and won. But guess what? Still no bonus match. Didn't realize until a few hours after. Went to the chat and guess who I'm talking with… J again. I knew I wasnt getting anything as this guy won't listen to anything you say. He told me “you have to purchase within 7 days of signing up”. Lies and more lies. So I sent him screenshots of the email that was sent 12 hours before I made the transaction. I also sent a screenshot of the COUNTDOWN THAT WAS SHOWING IN MY ACCOUNT ON THEIR WEBPAGE. It showed i had over 36 hours to complete the deal. He says he was going to “escalate” since he can't apply credits to accounts. Honestly he's probably lying as I'm still waiting to hear back.

Listen I'm grateful, I deposited and instantly redeemed but not giving out bonuses to your clients isn't right regardless. I want to love this site like I do the other but right now ill step away from both until I get what I signed up for. I want my 9.99 for 52. I want my 10.00 for 20.00 SC. If that can't happen you've lost a customer. I've Signed up for over 100 sweeps/cryp casinos this past few months. I chose you all to be my main and you let me down. Thank god I saw the real colors before I got baited out of thousands.

BE AWARE OF PROMOTIONAL PURCHASE BONUSES NOT BEING APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT

I signed up on this site after being referred, the person that referred hasn't seem to have had any major issues, so far. She made her first purchase and was rewarded with the bonus match based on the promotion at that time, and has had some pretty good wins with no issues cashing out to her crypto network and the referral bonus. The only issue she has complained about is somehow they locked her account , trying to state there may have been multiple accounts, but this issue was resolved within 24 hours as she only had one . I on the other hand have had nothing but issues since I signed up, problems with the KYC verification and my first purchase. I did not receive my 100% match nor the $1 daily bonus that was being promoted at the time. Upon reaching out to support not 1 but 2 reps stated they saw the credit applied to my account and if I went to my transaction history I would see the same, yeah no s*** the $10 purchase and nothing else. Then the reps states apologies for the confusion, in no way am I confused, the purchase was $10 so there should have been $20 credited to my account under this promotion. Now today is day 5 still with no resolve, if you can see the transaction and it reflects only the amount of my purchase why has this issue not been resolved by day 5 and my account credited... Seems like after support finds you are right, prepare to be ghosted, no indication of how long the resolution will take and if you send status update emails, that's where the ghosting begins. I had really high hopes for this site but this experience has completely changed my outlook. Maybe you will be one of the lucky ones and everything goes right but BE AWARE THIS SITE HAS MAJOR ISSUES THAT THEY NEED TO RESOLVE WITH PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES FIRST (INCLUDING CASHING OUT AND REFERRAL CREDITS based on prior reviews submitted below.)

Update : Lucky Bits ha s fixed a issues with the promotion. Support finally emailed back in a timely manner and restored my faith in the site.

⛔️CAUTION⛔️PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & DECEPTIVE and VAGUE BONUS RULES! Everyone play at your own risk, and I would suggest asking support to lay out the rules of your bonus if you’re expecting one with your purchase. Although, I’m not sure how much good that will do if the support LIES to you about a bonus being attached with your purchase. Because that’s what happened to me. I was told there was one attached…then when it didn’t post I was told I was in fact “MISINFORMED”. WTF? Seriously. L. A. M. E.

For the second time my crypto purchase…

For the second time my crypto purchase didn't go through. The first time it took 5 days before customer service even responded. When they finally straightened out the mess, they refused to honor my discounted purchase price. This time, I have not heard anything yet and they don't have customer service on call like their sister site High5 does. I am very disappointed in this site because I've had great experiences on High5 and expected much better of them.

It's been more than two days now since this happened. I've gotten a two sentence reply asking what time I made the deposit. Since then I've heard nothing, despite responding immediately with the screenshot of my crypto withdrawal. Their customer service is slow and rude.

Another new Sweeps casino that doesn’t pay their referrals

Yet another new sweeps casino launching with a non-functioning refer-a-friend program. This isn’t just deceptive marketing, it is complete false advertisement. I promote Sweeps to a community of over 20,000 players. I’ve received one single qualified referral for a whopping 5SC in over a month of promoting them. Support says the players aren’t meeting requirements - stats from 3 other casinos I shared on the same date tell me this is untrue. This is a High5 sister site - one of the older sweeps casinos. They’re both now don’t 10x rollover on promotional play, this suggests they might be having trouble paying out players.

There are many better options for sweeps players.

A week ago

A week ago, when I signed up at Luckybitsvegas, I wasn't sure about this new place. But It surprised me with frequent winning and daily generous bonus etc. I just got my first redemption and coins back, too. The customer service, specially Bruce L. was kind and very helpful. I am glad to find this newbie, really enjoying here !!!

I'm not exactly sure what their problem…

I'm not exactly sure what their problem is here... They are not professional. I signed up and entered the verification code that was sent to my phone and got a message saying to many attempts account locked. Customer service was not helpful telling be that I will be contacted through email and ends the chat. That was two days ago and haven't heard anything yet.
