We had the best time on the Prosecco Bike! Our tour guide Owen got us laughing so much that we didn’t mind biking in -1 degree weather!! He would stop at beautiful locations and take pictures of us too (we are a group of fussy girls when it comes to photos but that didn’t seem to bother him). A fantastic experience I highly recommend especially since the streets of Amsterdam are so beautiful.

James was an excellent host and went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our tour

Owen was a great tour guide. We had a beer and prosseco tour yesterday and despite the rain,we had an amazing time. Highly recommend this activity!!

Best time in Amsterdam with FunAmsterdam! We stayed there for a week and booked an activity every day. The guides are super knowledgable and super friendly.

The boat trip was amazing. We were a big group and the night was very enjoyable because it was not cold nor rainy/foggy so we could enjoy all the lights the city has to offer. Although it wasn't much of an issue, the tour started one hour late. The guide talked both in english and dutch!

Having read all the terrible reviews - I'm shocked as for me and our group Fun Amsterdam Tours were brilliant, fantastic!! From the initial enquiry through to the day they were very very good, communication was brilliant. Whenever I dropped an email they'd respond within minutes and sometimes even picking up the phone to explain things better. On the day, we were 20mins late - the crew on the boat were relaxed about this and our 2hrs started once the boat left its mooring. There was enough drink to sink the boat and the waitresses were really good at ensuring drinks were full. We organised a stripper who was very professional and a great laugh enjoying a drink with us after the show. Liene who helped me from start to finish with the booking was superb in the knowledge of how to handle and plan our trip. Huge thank you to Liene, the captain and Fun Amsterdam Tours !!

Very good service and nice people! They realy helped out a lot and we had a awesome weekend thank to fun.

Here's an outline of events to give you insight into how awful this company is (AND Viator as well...another company that I booked this activity through...don't ever use them either!!!!)
May 24, 2018- I booked the FunAmsterdam Graffiti workshop through Viator and received a booking reference #
May 25, 2018- My VISA was charged full amount of CAD$524.20 for the Graffiti workshop activity
May 26, 2018- I received a tour operator confirmation # from FunAmsterdam and Itinerary #
Aug 7, 2018- I printed the voucher to take with us on our trip
Aug 9, 2018 - My daughters, both under age 18, and I travel from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada to Amsterdam, Netherlands to enjoy three days in Amsterdam. The ONLY activity we had booked for this time was the graffiti workshop.
Aug 10, 2018, 10:28 am I phone FunAmsterdam to confirm the start time of activity for Aug 12. The agent informs me that the activity was not confirmed and not paid for and therefore they hadn't set it up to be ready for Aug 12. I provide her with all the confirmation numbers and receipts over the phone. She apologizes and reaffirms that there is no way to put this activity together at this point. She then offers a nude painting session or canal booze cruise as alternatives. Highly inappropriate considering the age of my daughters. I did not accept this as a solution and asked that our money be refunded. She was apologetic and ensured me that a full refund would be issued immediately. I understood that things happen and we moved on from there to continue our time in Amsterdam and not let this mishap ruin things.
Aug 12, 2018 - As I was overseas with limited access to email, I finally was able to receive and return an email sent to me on August 11 from FunAmsterdam. I confirmed that we wouldn't accept the booze cruise etc. and to process a full refund.

We are now 30 days later, and both Viator and FunAmsterdam have decided to make this my fault. We traveled a long way to take part in an activity that my daughters were very much looking forward to. We paid and booked well in advance and were in Amsterdam ready to take part in this activity. It was not ready for us and due to the age of my daughters, we were not able to accept an alternative activity. I'm now being marked a "no-show" (something I've never done), and they are not giving a refund.

Companies that value the customer relationship understand the importance of making things right when things happen. I was completely understanding in the moment that things got mixed up despite the fact that it put a damper on our time in Amsterdam...and only expect that I not have to pay for another parties error. It was on Viator and FunAmsterdam to prove they value customer service and make this situation right by issuing a full refund. They clearly don't value customers as they continue to refuse a refund and have charged me full price for an activity they did not have ready for us when we arrived.

BE WARNED- If everything goes smoothly, you will probably have a good experience. But if anything goes wrong, expect to be screwed completely....I guarantee you're gambling with companies like these. Based on all the reviews it appears you have a 1 in 4 chance of having a terrible experience....Not good odds in my books. Lesson learned by me.

My only consolation will be if I help prevent another traveler from having their trip soured because of horrible companies and even worse people like this.

Gentleman Boat Cruise

Thanks to Sam and Christina for a great trip this past weekend. You were more than accommodating and did a great job hosting the tour along with the whiskey / cigar tasting.

Only feedback I would have is that we need a longer cruise to even consider making a dent in all the liquor and cigars provided (even with 11 guys on the boat) so I would encourage everybody to think about the 1.5 hour and extend. Also, we needed a bigger boat for 12 guys than the one we had. It was just a little too cramped for that many grown men smoking cigars and carrying on.

Overall though, very good trip and would definitely do it again!

Great team of people - very helpful and the activities provided were on time, well communicated and great fun!

We really enjoyed our work outing on the boat a few weeks ago, was super hot but hosts Pia & Christina were friendly and there was plenty of food for everyone. Communication was also great and we ran on schedule!

Very unprofessional company, don't book here. They won't show up or call you back. I had to call them numerous times to book an activity. They could not provide information about the activity I wanted to book and promised to call me back with more information. Never heard from them again. Very strange haha.

We were a group of friends on a HenDo trip in Amsterdam. We booked a stripper to arrive at our private accommodation to surprise the bride to be.

The communication with Funamsterdam team was from the first contact to the end superb! The performance was just amazing. Overall 5 star service. Thank you.
