Bought a confirmation necklace for my nephew….I opened it and noticed it immediately started tarnishing, not to mention it was extremely sharp once the cross piece separated from the dog tag piece, almost making it razor blade like. I reached out to the company several times, I was told to use a cloth and toothpaste to clean a brand new gift ??? They obviously refuse to refund my money…..don’t waste your money buying anything from this fraudulent company!!!! Any authentic company that sends an inferior product, always will apologetically take it back, but not this company…..don’t give them your business!

I completely agree with all of the bad reviews for this company. The quality is horrible and the picture was so blurry on the product. I tried to get my money back and they claimed it’s what I provided them so it’s fine. I wish I’d read reviews first before ordering from them. A toddler could’ve made a better quality product.

HANDS OFF! Chinese one-use products in a pyjama of a German supplier. Terrible experience with product quality, no return possible, rude customer service communication.

I wish 0 stars was an option. I agree with all of the negative reviews. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews because I was ordering under mypets.gifts.com and do not know how Funawaken got involved. It figures, they are from China. But I ordered necklaces and they sent keychains and are refusing to send the chains for the necklaces. And then they did an engraving that was supposed to be a photo of my dog. It looks nothing like a dog and they are blaming the photo I sent. They said they will re-do it, but I have to pay for it. Oh, and there is no phone number and the link to the email says "not deliverable." I hope people will quit ordering from them so they don't make any more money off of us Americans.

I bought 3 photo dog tags, the pictures weren't all the way to the top, the back was not engraved. It was not titanium it was cream colored on the back with a stamp message. Took 2 months to get here. I bought 3 of them with my daddy picture on it , he died i thought it would be perfect for my brothers. I paid $93 and they will not fix them, refund my money. This has been going on for a week and you can talk to anyone. Then I sent pictures of the necklaces and they sent me a message that I GAVE THEM THE WRONG ADDRESS AND THE NECKLACES WERE SENT BACK AND THATS ALL THEY CAN DO FOR ME!!! SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered a personalized lamp from this webpage and after I ordered it I saw all those negative reviews which made me think of the worst. Therefore, I wrote an email to funawaken and they responded immediately not to worry. Today I received my package and I love it. I have to admit the shipping took a little longer but what's important is that it arrived and looks great. I would attach a picture of the lamp if I could. The packaging was also very neat and nicely done. ( i ordered from Austria) thanks a lot Funawaken.

I dont understand why this website has so many bad reviews. They contacted me back in one day. The order i placed arrived in one month and its perfect. I definitely will order more

I have to admit I had my doubts about this company due to the extremely long time it took to get my order. However, I did finally get my order & I am very pleased with the quality of each item I ordered (3 different items). Next order I would order with a couple of extra months cushion. 4 stars only due to length it took to get. It was also during Covid 19 pandemic.

First i thought It is Scam too , I thought I won‘t receive it but it is no Scam , having a Prove picture .

Ordered in April, supposedly shipped late May, last update was May 21. Never received and they have stopped replying to my emails!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!

i went to order a present for my mom for mother’s day (5 days before) and the total was $89 dollars i also paid for express shipping.i hate this place.

Placed an order of custom made watches in mid May, received notification that the order was shipped on 05/31. Contacted them last week and was told that the item must be tied in customs, contacted them again and they ignored my emails. This was a birthday gift and still haven't received it, i am really not happy. Shipping updates haven't updated since 06/02. Don't buy from this website, i would rather pay twice as much and get my products in a timely manner.

Placed order early May, and was charged in full on May 9. Received email stating order was shipped on May 17. In mid June, after contacting company, was told item must be tied up in customs. Afraid this is a scam.
