well, for the price ist terrible. all woollen images are poor on the equally cheap material. there is no woolly aspect at all. too embarressed to wear out so its become a winter house jacket. its certainly not a coat as decribed, its not even an over coat, its thin cheap , do not buy.

They cheat with images, misleading advertising, you ask for something that in the image looks spectacular and you get something disgusting, the material is cheap, the quality is bad; you think you will get something in wool embroidered and you get a product in a cheap material and with an impression of very poor quality. In the store of cheap products of your city you find better quality and less than $3, this online shop is a scam, do not buy there!

Absolutely disgraceful quality item! Looked nothing like the photos advertised which must be AI generated. Do not order from this company. My order has gone straight in the bin because I can’t deal with their customer service and return process is none existent, Takes them a week to respond with no resolution. Spend your money somewhere else!

Just be aware the pictures they show are not the actual product you receive. What you get is a very cheap material with cheap dye to make it look similar to their marketing pictures.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! The product is nothing like the picture on the website. The website shows a knitted pullover with muscles and we got a long sleeve t shirt with muscles poorly printed on the front. Total scam!!

It's the old bait and switch. They advertise beautiful merchandise made of wool and cotton. What arrives is cheap, thin polyester knockoffs that don't fit. I'd give them to Goodwill, but I don't want them mad at me. Truly pathetic scamming website as are dozens of others now that I've done my research. Lesson learned.

This Chinese company shows photos of products that look wonderful. However, after you order and pay, they often ship you a significantly inferior version of what you saw in their ad. Dealing with their "customer service" department is stepping into an endless vat of polite BS. I highly recommend that you do not do business with this dishonest company.

The pictures are a misrepresentation of what you actually get. I thought I was getting a quality multidimensional pair of leggings. I received a flimsy pair of leggings with a print. So far, I have no response from them about a refund.

Folks the quality is terrible and do not at all look like the fancy adds. I would avoid at all costs. Terrible quality, terrible sizing, terrible material and no customer service.

I feel scammed… Horrible products don’t represent anything that are shown online. Trying to get a refund as this is totally false advertisement. Do not purchase from this company.

Items sent were nothing like advertised. They advertise high quality items, but what is sent is trash.

The items on their site are nothing like what they sell. Their website shows knitted items, as does their description, but what they send are cheap t-shirts or poorly made nylon sweaters that are 3D printed. They are nothing like what they portray. I documented everything and submitted it to AMEX, who refunded my charge in full. Funbibi finally responded after a month of emails and said I would have to pay for the return. IF you have ordered take pictures, send to your credit card company along with the screenshots from their website. I ordered two knit dresses, they sent t-shirts that were 3D printed of the dress. Can't make this up. This company needs to be put out of business to stop them from hurting people.

The product received is nothing like the advertised. I ordered the muscle bound hoodie and trousers but what turned up was a thin fleece. Paid around £60 … it’s probably worth about £25. Thought it would be a bit of fun at Xmas but it’ll be going straight in the bin. It’s cheap garbage. My advice is do not buy !

I spent a total of $183.02 on what were intended to be Christmas gifts for my family. Unfortunately, none of the items I received resemble what was advertised on your website. The quality, appearance, and overall presentation of the products are entirely inconsistent with the images and descriptions used to market them.

In accordance with the instructions on your website, I attempted to request a return slip via email. Despite multiple attempts, I have received no response. With Christmas now only two days away, your failure to provide timely customer support has placed me in an extremely inconvenient position. I am now forced to purchase replacement gifts elsewhere, incurring additional and unnecessary expense due solely to your company’s inaction.

This experience reflects a serious issue of false advertising and a complete lack of customer service. The products delivered are not representative of what was promised, and the absence of any response from your support team is unacceptable. At this point, I have no confidence in your company’s business practices.

I expect immediate assistance regarding my return and a resolution to this matter. Please advise without further delay.

This company can improve by putting up the real pictures of your items. The 5 items I bought looked nothing like the picture.they are very cheap looking.The items look nothing like the pictures you have on your website.they are cheap and ugly.

I've never been bamboozled like this before. All the photos on the sweater showed fake muscles. I thought this would be a hilarious 😂 sweater. There are no muscles on this sweater. The fabric is garbage. I did get the size right 🙄
Not happy with the fake advertising. I can only imagine how many people fell for it and this company is making money. Everyone should ban this site and put them out of business.
