Tried to cancel order once I read reviews funbibi rushed out the product so it was too late to cancel. I received items and they didn't look anything like the picture on the website. I have contacted funbibi requesting a refund but have little hope.

The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is because I would like to know a shipping date. That would have helped me purchase more if I knew it would come before Christmas.

Easy checkout but I don't know about the fabrics need the product to give you a review, besides that the store is very good and the items look nice

Contact the customer service they offered me a discount I refused and that were a refund because that’s not what I ordered. I have been repeatedly getting a run around for over a month now I will never use this website again.

i like the clouse but to many open app make sure dont have to many apps open look like fait make you dont trust the store

Oh My God!! items in pictures are not what you get/false advertising, low quality, impossible to get a refund. Never again!! Trash

The product they shipped is just cheap printed sweatshirt material and not the product they display. Stay away from them as they falsely advertise. They sell cheap junk.

SCAM! FRAUDULENT! HORRIFIC QUALITY!
The VERY worst quality of clothing EVER!!! Not even 1-item looked even remotely close to the photos or descriptions! They are only printed, even the "edging" and very scratchy fabric, plus is very dull coloration is bad. The "sweater" is printed on, and is ridiculous! I didn't even bother to try some of (7) items on.

It apparently must have gotten lost on the first try, but never was notified... I looked into the shipping, and it appeared to be resent a couple of weeks later, so it took two billing cycles to receive.

Once received, and after the huge disappointments, I contacted customer service, which did reply back... and, you cannot get a prepaid return label, nor will you get the Shipping refunded after you ship it back to China. It took several times to get resolution, which I still feel was not good. The most they will refund, but you must keep the products, is 80% which totally defeats the purpose. Not even one item is wearable, and they would even not be suitable to donate... besides being hideous, they are very, very scratchy, and wrong sizing..
Lose, lose... NOT a win...

In its ads, Funbibi shows clothing items that are textured (like knitting and embroidery), thick (looking super warm), multi-layered, and made from different fabrics (wool, cotton, linen, leather, etc). In reality the products are all just patterns screen printed on thin polyester. They are not layered, not made from any of the materials they show or directly state they are made from. They are not knit, not embroidered (even if they say they are), and certainly are not warm, thick, or cozy like they say in the ads. They advertise items that could be found on movie sets and sell items that are at best just pictures of the items printed onto plastic fabric.

I found it very straight forward to order my product i hope when it comes its as good as the photo shows it to be until I receive it i cant comment on it to i see what it looks and what the quality is

I was confused during the order process. I was given an offer to add another sweater, looked at it, then declined. I closed the window and the original order disappeared too. I don’t know if my order was completed. I don’t think it was. There’s no charge on my account, but I received this review opportunity. Can someone confirm, please?

I am leaving a 4 star review based on the overall online shopping experience. I loved how they recommended items based on what item I added to my cart. I am however worried based on the reviews I have seen from others and their overall rating from the BBB (Better Business Bureau).
I will update this review when I receive my order.

So far so good and I like that Paypal was an option.

Scam. AI generated Images. If you order something there, you are stupid.

The only thing that let you down was that there was no pictures of the front of the 2 items I have bought.
So do two pictures of front & rear so can see the whole of the hoodie.
