Me siento estafado
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am not at all satisfied with the service provided by the company from which I rented the car.
Once I returned the vehicle, I was charged on my card (despite having taken out full insurance coverage with you for €250). According to your explanation, this charge was due to a €10 fuel shortage. However, I returned the car in the same condition as it was delivered to me, as I carefully checked the remaining driving range and it was the same as when I picked it up.
In addition to this, I have been charged for cleaning the vehicle because the front floor mats showed marks from my shoes. This charge has been made without my authorization.
Therefore, I am prepared to file a claim with VISA and, if necessary, with the consumer protection authorities.
For the reasons stated above, I am very dissatisfied with the way this situation has been handled. If this is not resolved, I will certainly not recommend your company to anyone.
I hope this complaint and feedback will be taken into consideration, as more than the €28 itself, it is the way this has been handled that concerns me.
