SCAM COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AND TELL ANYONE YOU KNOW

I ordered Smidge Infant Probiotic and received a weird envelope full of stickers/labels with another person’s name on it. I never received the product and would not trust any products from that company.

I got free delivery on my order and it arrived the next day so I'm super happy.
A great website to get hard to find brands.

Oh dear! Well if I’ve learned anything from this debacle is never ever order anything from a company one doesn’t know the name of without doing a review check. I won’t bore you with my story cos it’s a mixture of everyone else’s experience. NEVER EVER AGAIN FACEBOOK.

My order took nearly two weeks to be delivered, I emailed the company who gave a very poor response, I cannot understand why my order took so long to arrive, because while waiting for my order I had already had a holiday in Kenya and flew back home before my order arrived, I would not order from this company again.

Everything. Paid extra for fast delivery and it took over 2 weeks to arrive. Unsuitable so contacted by email as wanted to return item. Unable to get any response so returned item. Heard nothing more from them since 22 March 24 despite numerous emails. Money lost like so many others. Absolute scam. I am disgusted. Do NOT get taken in by these people.

Took time to open an account after putting the products in basket then found they didn't have it or an alternative. I should have known as it was nearly £9 cheaper than the manufacturers. Obviously collecting emails and other data to sell on.

ordered massaging knee support on 6th March paid £49'99 after seeing advert on Facebook paid my money by PayPal, got a invoice email, waited for delivery email never came, then email saying delay on supply expect delivery 5 days sent email to ask when I might get my order no reply i have sent 14 emails now stating that the company is beyond a joke and scammers do not on any account deal with this company all you will do is waste your money and time I'm 81 years old lost £49-99 and feel sick about how this company can advertise on Facebook and treat people like this.

This company is a scam they sent me out of date supplement £48 then said it said that on the website, yet they deleted the item, what kind of company sends out of date supplemts and charges you that avoid, they will not refund my money. They are getting away with it but nit fir long, look at all the bad reviews, shame on you

Read the reviews !!! My advice is DO NOT trade with this company as they are Scammers. I ordered 2 pairs of Neurosocks to try to ease my dreadful foot pain & thought I was safe doing so as they give a 90 day 'money back guarantee', as well as allowing you to keep the socks if they do not work. A few days later the socks arrived from an Ipswich address in the UK. I wore them every night for 78 days before sending them an e-mail as directed, explaining that I was extremely disappointed that they had not worked for me. Their response was 'keep wearing them for a bit longer'. I replied saying that I felt 78 days was long enough to know that they were not working for me & again asked for my money back. They messaged me back to say "we will make you an offer of a 50% refund & allow you to keep the socks to pass on to a loved one or a nurse who is on their feet every day". I replied that I was not interested in their 'offer' & demanded my money back without any further delay, reminding them of the wording of their guarantee. Then came the final message from them. I had to download a form, fill it in correctly, parcel the socks up in the original packaging, return within 7 days by tracked delivery to the addreess given which was in China, yet NONE of this was ever mentioned in the guarantee when I bought the socks. I later found out that the cost of returning them by tracked delivery to China would have been an astonishing £16.10. Needless to say I did not return them & I opened a dispute with my bank who gave me a full refund. Stay clear of this disreputable company.

Socks are absolute rip off, £20 per pair plus postage, I've just bought the same pair from another site, same package, £1.60.... feel absolutely ripped off!

Avoid scammers!!! They don’t pay your money back, they ignore all your emails. definitely scam company.
Will take to a small claims court just to prove a point !

Fuming, Ipurchased socks with a hole in them. will not acknowledge any emails, They are scammers, They have pages everywhere and his peoples comments because they won't reply or give refunds, they are robbing people when times are hard... do not buy!

I ordered socks for my elderly mother and was really looking forward and hoping that they would help her condition. However, though I ordered on express delivery these have not arrived and I have sent 3 emails requesting feedback on my order without response. I am concerned that I have been scammed and will now report this but thought I would flag that this does not appear to be a bonafide company. I think appearing to be a caring enterprise and then letting customers down while retaining their money is the lowest of the low.

I ordered 2 s/m socks but once I had punched my payments details in, the confirmation came through that I had purchased 5 socks all s/m..
I wrote at least 6 emails, 3 of which were via their website contact page, 2 from my email address & then 2 directly to Tahira at support@functionalaid, as they emailed me twice to apologise for the delay in getting my order to me.
I haven ordered from them before & all went well, but on this occasion it has been a nightmare.
I have now had to contact my credit card company to start a dispute.....

Useless could have knitted myself a better pair! Please don’t waste your money like I foolishly did

Unable to return an item. I wrote to customer services email over 3 days ago but no response! There is no address for returns on their website or in the parcel. I WANT A REFUND Simply not good enough. SCAM - avoid

Appalling products, literally fell apart after two uses. You can buy similar rubbish on Wish for £4 or a proper pair on Amazon for £8. This company is all about marketing and hype, their products are sub standard far Eastern trash. There are no reviews available on their website - i wonder why??? Avoid like the plague

ordered some socks, that were advertised as my size, when delivered, didn't fit at all, obviously completely wrong size, contacted customer service three times, never got a response whatsoever

An order was placed on Thursday with an additional cost of $10 for next day delivery since the product was needed urgently.
On the next day, I was contacted by the courier telling me the order will be delivered next Monday.
Disappointed by the normal delivery time, I contacted the live chat customer support. She told me :
(i) there is a cut-off time for placing an order to be dispatched the same day which is 1pm.
I have checked on the website that there is no such information. It just mentions “it’s best to place an order before 1pm”. If it is such an important information which will render wasting customer money on choosing an expedited shipping, they should put the information next to the options at check out. Or alternatively, the option can be made unavailable to customers once the stipulated cut-off time has passed.
(ii) there was nothing she had done in respect of my
case.
The fact that the customer support had misrepresented customer information which can’t be found on the website is a serious enough matter.
As I have mentioned to the customer support that it was not about the amount of money being wasted, it’s about managing customer service expectation and reliability.
Sorry about the long winded description but I do think my experience towards the company matters.
And because of this incident, I will not purchase anything from this company again, and I strongly recommend others to do the same as well.
