I struggled to find a proper no b-s tiny startup which is sheer output driven. They matched me up with one. No b-s, no microcorporate language. Didn't meet any sort of typical Berlin "don't know what they want", "company culture kumbaya", "save the world by cheerleading" with the startup they offered me. It was and is a very pleasant, refreshing experience.
