I cannot do anything more than thank FundedElite for understanding my situation.
I had signed up for a challenge of 200k
Unfortunately I was involved in a car crash which put me in hospital for over 3 weeks.
My account was closed for inactivity after 30 days. I asked and explained my situation to FundedElite.
They reinstated my account due to my situation.
This was phenomenal and amazing.

This is the shadiest prop firm out there. they will do whatever it takes just to make you repeat the challenge and get 50/50 split. secondly there is this risk estimation they do and its just riducilous figures and ask you to reset your funded account at a fee again. totally shady. Very unprofessional fellas at the support also. Lawsuit loading. your reply that i never tried your service is just laughable, i was funded with you guys after making me repeat the challenge twice and creating a horrible environment to trade. that alone shows how shady you are, denying every elegation in the name of i never tried your service. A bunch of white collar scammers. useful feedback is for people with good intentions not scammers like you. why would i possibly help a company that literally scammed me.

Daniel was absolutely amazing, super friendly and really dedicated to supporting you. I was very stuck and confused on my account but luckily Daniel was there and assisted me throughout the whole process and made it very smooth and understandable.

Had violated one of the account rules by accident, ADMIN helped to roll back my mistake without failing my EVAL account, which would have meant 3 week set back of having to start again!

Great customer service from Daniel! I’ve been trading for 5 years now and came across FundedElite to add to my portfolio, rules for the most part look excellent and the customisation you get with the challenges is great. There was one rule I enquired about, the IP rule. When contacting the support team, Daniel answered promptly with straight and clear answered to my concerns. Unfortunately I won’t be buying a challenge as what was advised to me is to buy a VPN to have my IP static. No I understand these reasoning behind this rule to protect the firm from malicious activity but with my constant travelling around the UK and abroad (one of the freedoms of trading) I think this would be an issue that could arise. I wouldn’t want to pass to then be told my IP changed when Infact I may of popped out for a coffee and checked the markets or visiting family in England (I live in Scotland). As far as I’m aware an IP address doesn’t show location or have a specific country code and UK IPs can change when using mobile data or even over time on your home WiFi. I feel having a limit on devices may be a better rule, 1 pc/laptop and 1 mobile is the majority of traders setups and if you’re to purchase another pc/laptop/phone you contact support to notify and give proof of purchase. I’m happy if anyone from the team would like to reach out and discuss anything further, I spoke to Daniel around 22:00 on 4/1/26. I will update this review if someone reaches out.

i would have and would love to give it 4 or 5 stars its just : i have lots of account eith this Propfirm and i also have a few live active accounts, i just failed one because i traded btc on a weekend, the thing is some of my accounts have weekend trading on it, so i trade some accounts on the weekend just to find out i have failed the accounts, my question is why is the option to trade that accounts on the weekend open when that account doesnt have weekend trading, i have not gotten a payout yet , i really wanted to get a payout and just give this a propfirm a full 5 star, this where i am so far with this, i hope my experience gets better then in will change it . the last person to help me was Paul.thanks

Very supportive team, good propfirm they try to solve all most every problems. But it will be if it solve ip problem. Overall best propfirm.

After payment I get my account details immideatly and the rules are very easy compare to other firms also the price is very cheap, I really recommend this firm

I don't have the words to describe how helpful and accommodating the customer service is. I have been trading with them for 2 years, and everytime I am in their discord, it feels like home. Excellent and consistent trading conditions. Also their rules are there to make you a good trader and to see you succeed, they are very clear and concise unlike lengthy hidden terms and conditions of other firms. Just one thing, use a static IP if possible and don't ever use mobile data to trade or you will have IP issues, since mobile carriers share IP between users. This, and if you follow their rules, you are Golden.

My 1st sucessful payout was with funded elite,after months of failing was able to pass phase 1 and phase 2,however i accused of sharing ipp adress which i did not but anyway was able to get that sorted with the team and got my live account.Must say the firm has the best trading condition i have seen,with good spreads and small to no slippage. Payout times could also be done sooner like.But overall would recommend the prop firm.

Been trading with FundedElite for over a year now. Its been a hidden gem for me for real low cost accessible being the main point and top notch support, rules are very straightforward, and there haven’t been any unnecessary issues.

So far finding them all good passed an account with them but not got a pay out yet as havnt been doing it long but the rules and customer service so far have been brilliant

I love the static drawdown rule this is better than equity drawdown that affect my trading style

I have already purchased three challenges with FundedElite, and so far, my journey with them has been very positive. Their email support is excellent. I always receive quick and helpful responses, which really builds confidence as a trader.

I lost my first challenge, but that was completely my own mistake. FundedElite allows a 4% daily drawdown, and I accidentally exceeded it, which resulted in a breach. This was fair and transparent, unlike some other prop firms that breach accounts at 3% loss even when the total drawdown is 5%.

One thing I truly appreciate is their clear and transparent rules. So far, I have not encountered any hidden rules, which is rare in the prop firm industry. Everything is explained clearly from the start.
