NOT A PROFESSIONAL
THEY UPDATED THE PRICE ON THE NAME OF the FUNDED FIRM 2.0 AND introduced the CONSISTENCIES LOT SIZE RULE. BUT THE MAJOR CHANGE IS THAT THE RULE BOOK SAYS 3 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE, BUT IN THE DASHBOARD IT SHOWS 5 DAYS. CUTOFF TIME 10 AM UTC IN RULES BUT DASHBOARD REFRESH AT 10 PM UTC

Confusing & Unfair 30% Rule – Lost Two Accounts
I had two accounts with FundedFirm and both got rejected unfairly because of how they apply their 30% rule and it feels like they just change the rule depending on the situation.
$50K Real Funded Account (ID: 30016343)
I was down around 4–5%, then recovered and made 14–15% profit across 8 trades. The biggest trade was $1,287.
They rejected my payout saying one trade was more than 30% of the payout after split — but their rules don’t clearly mention that 30% applies after the split.
$100K Step 2 Account (ID: 30019535)
Here, I was down 7–8%, then made a recovery with 2 trades, and after that hit the profit target with 5 equal trades.
But they failed the account again, applying the 30% rule on gross profit — not payout. So now the rule changes again?
I’ve bought 7–8 challenges, traded with proper risk, never over-leveraged, and made genuine recoveries. But now I feel like they just look for a reason to fail traders before payout.
Their support replies feel copy-paste, and I didn’t get any real explanation for why the same rule is applied in two totally different ways.
Be careful if you’re planning to trade with them. The rules may not protect you , they might just use them when it’s convenient.
My reply to company:-If the 30% rule is applied consistently, then why did you calculate it after payout split in my $50K funded account — but applied it on gross profit in my $100K Step 2 account?
In both cases, I made 8 trades. In the real account, the biggest profit was just $1,287 — clearly under 30% of the total profit. In Step 2, I was in 7–8% drawdown, recovered with two trades, and then hit target with 5 equal trades. Still, you failed the account using the same rule differently.
If the rule is clear, why two calculations? Please explain both cases with actual logic — not a generic reply.
Traders need clear, fair, and consistent rules — not changing interpretations.
