One of the best prop firms. Fundedpeaks not only pay you quickly, but also helps you becoming a consistent, disciplined, and patient trader.

I had a great experience with the service of Funded Peaks.
I accidentally bought the pro challange instead of the normal one.
I contacted the support via the site and within minutes I got help from them.
I asked for a refund or a change to a normal account.
They changed the pro account to a normal account. The normal account is more expencive and they did not charge any extra money. This all was done within an hour of contacting them.

Acceptable trading conditions + good evaluation parameters (Standard Challenge) + average price range + good reputation.

I got my 10K challenge as promised after winning a giveaway on X.

Helpful support, good market conditions, fast payouts

Unfortunately things did not go well with this firm. Their slippage was nearly zero when they launched the firm. Now I got 1.8 on EU at non news time. I breached a challenge due to this. Also when placing an order you may face similar if not a worse slippage.
Stay away and don't get lured by their promos.

The slippage is out of this world. Seriously, one of the worst in the industry.
When you point it out, you get a "lecture" that you don't understand how slippage works and that it's completely normal, how dare you asking. Connor (the customer rep lead) and Umar (owner) especially are very condescending about this topic (and yet they were complaining about this themselves with other prop firms before they set up their own. How about that)

Put it in trading terms: If you aim for 2R trade and you win, you'll win 1,6R, if you lose, you'll lose -1,3R. This significantly hinders the ability to pass the challenges (which, of course, is their goal).

And newly they introduced some hidden consistency rule that caused some traders getting denied payouts because they stopped trading on the account once they made good profits on first few trades and wanted to lock in some profits.

Better options on the market, stay away.

Amazing experiance with the firm,unlike most of the other firm they don't run the company to make payout from the failed challenges, Just follow their simple rules and you will be rewarded, it's black and white. I'm sure their name will be around in this industry for many more years to come and time will prove that. I'll recommend them if you are serious about your trading.
PS: This firm is not for gamblers instead it is made for capital preserver

Very good customer service, had to switch platforms after purchasing a challenge due to incorrectly selecting DXTrades. Customer rep did it for me within an hour.
