100 pip slippage?? Finding Funding Elswhere!!!

100 pip slippage in a funded account challenge. Not the first time.

For example position in NAS100.CFD; 30 lots ID 7349874591881040453: Stop loss at 26,689.63. They randomly closed my trade at 26,582.94 after I closed trade locker a minute before.

On 16/03/2026 they closed FOUR positions back to back altough claiming to have 1.8 average spread for fills, they closed it at over 5 times that. FOUR TIMES IN A ROW.

What they do is when you have a stop loss they just take it at random. I have the print screens to back it up. Not the first time either. The slippage is always negative and even way worse when doing market orders.

Customer support useless. They have a basic pre-written copy-paste policy to respond to this.

They make their money of destroying your funded account challenge and then say it is 'simulated'.

They have no intention to fix this. I am willing to expose them all the way. Want proof? I'll send you all the screenshots and trade ID's you want!

Hi Kiant,

Thank you for your feedback. When a trade is placed, it must be matched with available liquidity in the market. If there are no orders at the requested price, the trade is executed at the next best available price; this is known as slippage.

This is a normal market occurrence and depends on liquidity and market conditions, rather than platform-side control.

We appreciate your understanding.

SCAM ALERT: They deleted my entire account to hide evidence! (Account #22242890)

SCAM ALERT: They deleted my entire account to hide evidence! (Account #22242890)

UPDATE April 2026:
This company is a total scam. After I challenged their fake 'Shared IP' claims with legal proof of my private SIM card and dedicated device, FunderPro responded by COMPLETELY DELETING my master account from their system.

When I try to log in, it says 'Account does not exist.' They are trying to destroy the evidence of my trades and my profits to stop me from appealing. This is a criminal move.

They ban profitable traders in Egypt using the 'Dynamic IP' excuse, and when you speak up, they wipe your account. I have screenshots of everything. STAY AWAY if you value your money. They are a fraud operation.

Hi,

We appreciate you sharing your concerns. As part of maintaining a fair trading environment, our systems review login and access activity, which is then verified through a manual review process when irregular patterns are detected.

In this case, repeated access indicators were found to be inconsistent with single-user account usage, with multiple instances of overlapping IP addresses with several other traders. which resulted in the account closure under our platform policies.

The reply I received from FunderPro…

The reply I received from FunderPro regarding my account issue is, frankly, unconvincing and feels like a generic excuse rather than a proper investigation.

They claimed that my device identifier (CID) was linked to other accounts, which they used as justification to breach my account. I completely deny this. I have never shared my credentials or participated in any form of account sharing.

What makes this situation even more concerning is the pattern:

My payouts were denied twice without clear justification
Shortly after, my account was breached
The explanation provided lacks transparency and detailed proof

It raises serious questions when a trader is making consistent profits and suddenly faces account action based on unclear technical claims.

If such decisions are based on internal data, then traders deserve to see clear, verifiable evidence — not vague statements.

I will not consider buying from this firm again, and I will actively advise others to avoid it until my account is properly reviewed and my payouts are returned.

Hi Azmat,

Thank you for your feedback. Following a review, the device identifier (CID), which is a unique reference linked to the trading device used to access accounts, was found to be associated with multiple accounts not registered to you.

When this type of pattern is observed consistently, it may indicate activity such as shared account access, use of account passing services, or coordinated trading, which is not permitted under our platform guidelines. Based on these findings, the account was actioned in line with our Terms & Conditions.

I highly recommend not to use this…

I highly recommend not to use this company. I work very hard to get a funded account which I was able to accomplish. After receiving my funded account, I was taking very careful trades to trade within the rules that they provided. I read it through their rulebook In-N-Out and I always made sure to never breach anything. I was able to get three payouts and maintaining 100% win rate. I never had one losing trade while being funded. To my knowledge, that is a negative for them. You cannot be a profitable, traitor and trade for this company. They will ban you. They literally falsified and said that I was mirror Trading. And said that I was taking sell and Buy on Gold at the same time which was completely false. They completely fabricated trades that I never took on my account because I never was in Gold buys at all. All my trades were selling gold. I sent them proof and evidence and they ignored my emails. I also have a friend that knows one of their employees there and he reached out to him. And my friend was ignored as well. This company is a complete scam and I recommend that you do not trade with this company. Unless you wanna just throw away money. People that are giving positive reviews on this company is probably being paid to do so or is completely old. The fact that they would completely fabricate trades that I did not take an and close my account is absurd. And they literally do not respond to your emails but they just literally repeat the same exact thing after I sent them evidence.

Complete scam stay away

HiJesse,

Following a review by our Risk Team, the trading activity on your account was found to include mirrored or offsetting positions across multiple instances. This type of activity, often referred to as cross-account hedging, is not permitted under our Terms & Conditions.

As a result, the account was terminated in line with our policies. This matter has been thoroughly reviewed, and the decision remains final.

At first they seemed okay - its turned sour

At first they seemed okay. I can't recommend them now.

Then suddenly, I get an email today, after requesting a 3rd payout on this account, which was a small amount, under $700, they falsely accused me of sharing the account: "We checked your account and saw that it was being used in a way that doesn’t look like just one person trading alone...We have proof of shared access from IP records, login records, and security checks that show how the account was accessed."

It's something I see others mentioning about Funder Pro, here and other online platforms.

I do use a VPS for stability. I do not, have not ever, not will I, let someone access and trade on my account.

To protect your hard-earned cash, and avoid wasting time, it may be a smart idea to avoid this firm. There are plenty of other firms who dont falsely accuse you or breaking rules.

Warning 📢 ⚠️ Warning This is a fraudulent and scam company. I was on a single-stage account. There were losing trades because the stop-loss wasn't reached, unlike on other platforms. I dealt with it normally, as traders sometimes win and sometimes lose. But when there were winning trades that were on track, they closed them. I reopened them, and they closed them again. They closed my account on the platform, and I can't access it. This is truly a scam company. I will keep you updated.

⭐ 1/5 Extremely Disappointing Experience with FunderPro

⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience with FunderPro

My $2100 payout was rejected and my account was failed on what was my **first violation**, without any clear warning.

According to their stated rules, a first violation should result in a **profit deduction + warning**, and only a second violation leads to account failure. However, in my case, the profit was deducted and this immediately caused a **drawdown breach**, which led to account termination.

Technically, they claim this is “within the rules,” but in reality, this creates a situation where a **first violation can directly result in account failure** — something that is not clearly communicated to traders.

Most traders understand drawdown as something triggered by **losses**, not by **profit deductions**. This lack of transparency makes the system feel unfair and misleading.

Support responses were repetitive and focused only on defending the rules rather than addressing the fairness of the situation. No resolution, no flexibility, and no accountability.

I strongly advise traders to be cautious — understand that even a first violation can indirectly end your account.

Hi Suraj,

Following a review of your reward request, certain positions were found to be in breach of our margin rules. In line with our Terms & Conditions, the associated profits were removed as a corrective adjustment.

After this deduction, the account exceeded the maximum drawdown limit, which is an independent rule, and this caused the account to fail under the program rules due to breaching this rule.

Traders are responsible for ensuring their activity remains within the guidelines governing the account at all times. This case has been fully reviewed, and the decision stands in accordance with our policies.

While we understand this may feel unfair, we aim to apply our policies consistently to maintain a fair and transparent environment for all traders.

As part of our standard risk controls. Our systems review account access activity to ensure compliance with single-user participation rules, and any irregular access patterns are flagged for additional manual review.

Following this process, the observed access patterns were not consistent with our platform guidelines, with multiple instances of IP correlation indicating deliberate disregard for the IP guidelines, resulting in the account closure.

Unexpected Account Closure After Meeting All Requirements

I am sharing my experience with FunderPro to provide transparency for other traders.

I successfully completed both evaluation phases and received my refund, which initially indicated that my performance met the required criteria. However, instead of receiving the funded account, my account was later closed.

The reason provided was “asymmetric trading,” although I consistently traded using less than 20% margin and followed the rules as stated on their website. At no point was I made aware that my trading style violated any specific condition.

I have reached out to their support team to request clarification and a proper review of my case. So far, I have only received general responses asking me to submit an appeal through their platform, which I cannot access due to the account closure.

Additionally, I have come across similar experiences from other users reporting account closures under similar circumstances, which raises concerns about consistency and transparency.

I am open to resolving this matter and would appreciate a clear explanation or a proper review of my case.

Overall, I recommend that traders carefully review all terms and ensure they fully understand how trading behavior is evaluated before proceeding.

Hello Alisaqlain,

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and understand why this outcome may be disappointing.

Previous payouts do not automatically guarantee continued eligibility, as all accounts remain subject to ongoing monitoring and risk assessments. Our systems continuously evaluate your trading pattern to ensure it remains consistent with our risk management framework and program rules.

During a subsequent review, your account activity was found to violate rules outlined in our Terms & Conditions, which resulted in the termination of the account. These measures are in place to ensure a sustainable and fair environment for all traders trading with us, and that is why we had to terminate your account with us.

Fraud

I am writing this to express my deep frustration and disappointment with FunderPro. After putting in the hard work to pass the challenge and trade professionally, my account was suddenly terminated citing 'Shared IP Connection' under Section 13.4.
The evidence provided by the firm regarding IP ranges (106.216.x.x) is completely flawed. In India, most traders use mobile data or local ISPs that operate on CGNAT (Carrier-Grade NAT). This means thousands of individual users are assigned the same public IP range by the service provider. FunderPro’s system is failing to distinguish between a genuine individual trader and a 'coordinated group.'
I provided all necessary information to prove I am trading independently, yet the firm refuses to provide a technical review and has simply stated 'Case Closed.' It feels like a convenient excuse to avoid payouts or honoring successful accounts.
If you are a trader from a region where Static IPs are not standard, be very careful. FunderPro will flag you for technical factors beyond your control and provide zero transparency. This is an extremely unprofessional way to treat dedicated traders.

Unresolved Case, Changing Reasons, Unfair Closure & 4 Months of Delays

My experience with FunderPro has been extremely disappointing and unnecessarily prolonged for what should have been a simple and easily verifiable case.

Timeline of Events:
• 16 December 2025
I asked a FunderPro representative (Prajwal) on Discord about trading during specific tentative news events. He mentioned that the Tentative news will not be a reason for breach (I have snapshot of his messages), therefore I followed the guidance provided.
As a result, my payout was later reduced by 50%, despite acting based on their own instructions.
• 4 January 2026
My account was suddenly closed due to an alleged IP/VPS breach.
• 5–13 January 2026
I provided extensive evidence, including VPS provider confirmation, a dedicated static IP, and trading logs, clearly showing I was the sole user of the account.
• 12 January 2026
Additional documents were requested and provided promptly, even though much of the information had already been submitted.
• January to February 2026 (approximately 2 months)
I received repeated responses stating the case was “escalated”, but no actual resolution was provided. A straightforward technical verification took nearly two months.
• After this delay
After reviewing my evidence, they had to admit that I did not shared my IP, however, the reason for the issue was changed from an IP/VPS breach to a KYC/residency issue.
• February to March 2026
I explained multiple times that I am an Italian citizen living and working in London and provided supporting documents, including bank statements.
Despite this:
• No clear contractual basis for any breach was provided
• My documents (passport and bank statements) had already been accepted when the account was funded, nothing was raised before I started trading my funded account, and I also received a first payout. Second payout capped in half, third payout denied.
• I was repeatedly asked to provide a UK-issued ID, which is not applicable in my case as I am Italian citizen with residency in UK (proof of address provided)
• Mid-March 2026
My account was temporarily re-opened to complete KYC verification, which I completed fully.
• Late March 2026 (after approximately two weeks without communication)
My account was blocked again without explanation and without addressing any of the evidence provided.

Key Issues:
• A simple case involving single-user VPS verification took nearly four months without resolution
• The justification for account closure was changed multiple times
• No evidence of any breach was ever provided
• I was penalised after following guidance given by their own representative
• Repeated escalations resulted in no meaningful outcome
• The account was ultimately blocked again without explanation

Final Thoughts:
This experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish and reflects a serious lack of professionalism in how FunderPro handles its clients.
What should have been a simple and quick verification process turned into nearly four months of delays, repeated escalations, and no accountability. At no point was I provided with clear evidence of any breach, and instead, the justification for closing my account was changed multiple times, from an IP/VPS issue to a KYC/residency issue. This pattern strongly suggests that the objective was not to resolve the case, but to find alternative reasons to justify keeping the account closed.
Despite providing all requested documentation promptly and cooperating fully throughout the process, I was met with generic responses, long periods of silence, and ultimately another unexplained account closure. This is not how a professional firm should operate.
Additionally, I was penalised financially after following guidance provided directly by one of their representatives. My second payout was reduced by 50%, and my third payout was entirely denied, in total, this resulted in a loss of approximately $2,200, excluding the significant time and energy invested over the past four months. Despite presenting clear evidence that I acted based on their own instructions, no responsibility or accountability was taken on their side.
It is also worth noting that during January, their Discord channel showed a significant number of users, raising concerns about account closures, which further questions the consistency and fairness of their practices.
Overall, this has been a complete waste of time, energy, and money. The lack of transparency, shifting explanations, and failure to resolve a straightforward case have left me with no confidence in this company.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to operate with FunderPro. The risk of facing similar issues, without proper support or accountability, is simply too high.
