Payment DECLINED for FAKE reason

UPDATE: DunderPro is a complete fraud. Two rewards denied after a month of BS. $$$ thousands stolen. Crooks and liars. May they rot in prop firm purgatory.

ORIGINAL:
Payment delayed for FAKE reason. LATE over a MONTH - then denied. FunderPro claims there are too many requests. They say they will pay out in the order in which they were requested. Feels like fraud.

So far, so good.

So far, so good. I recently started challenges with prop firms, and so many of them are very difficult to deal with. I have a funded account with FunderPro, and just got my first payout. I hope to have a long relationship with them. Happy with my payout.

$3,000 Payout Denied, Account Closed Over Unproven “Shared Access” Claim

After successfully trading and qualifying for a $3,000 payout, my account (22233236) was abruptly closed following what FunderPro described as a “compliance review.”

They accused me of breaching Clause 13.4 by allegedly sharing or coordinating account access. This accusation is completely false.

I have never shared my login credentials, never authorized third-party trading, and never coordinated with other traders. I traded independently at all times.

The explanation provided was vague and generalized. They claimed that my login and IP activity “matched other traders,” but no specific evidence was presented. They also stated that SIM connections, residential networks, and VPS use are permitted yet still used access patterns as justification to deny my payout.

What is particularly concerning is that multiple traders online report receiving nearly identical emails with similar wording and payout denials. This suggests a possible pattern where profitable accounts are flagged under broad “shared environment” allegations without transparent evidence being provided.

Denying payouts based on internal interpretations of login similarity, without disclosing clear proof, raises serious concerns about consistency and fairness.

Given the pattern emerging among traders, I am currently exploring formal complaints and potential legal remedies. If this reflects a broader practice, affected traders may need to consider collective action to seek accountability.

Until there is greater transparency in how compliance reviews are conducted and how evidence is substantiated, I would urge traders to proceed with extreme caution before committing capital or time to this firm.

Very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

1⭐ Review

1⭐ Review – FunderPro (Trading Account:22228415 )

My experience with FunderPro has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

After passing my one-step challenge, instead of honoring the original terms, they increased my effective requirements and forced me to achieve a higher target than what was initially stated. Then, while I was trading in accordance with their rules, they closed my account citing slippage and “risk parameters” — even though my stop loss was set correctly and my risk per trade was below 1%.

Slippage is a normal market condition. It is not something a trader can control. I followed their guidelines precisely, yet they evaluated risk based on executed price instead of the defined SL, and used that as justification to close my account.

This feels like a clear attempt to avoid payouts rather than support disciplined traders. Communication has been formal but completely one-sided — no real willingness to resolve the issue fairly.

I would strongly advise traders to think carefully before purchasing a challenge here. My experience suggests that even if you follow the rules, they may still find a reason to invalidate your account.

I am writing this review after…

I am writing this review after receiving my fourth payout from FunderPro (Account #20882).

My overall experience has been very positive and professional. Receiving four payouts shows consistency, which is extremely important in the prop firm industry. For me, this proves that they truly reward disciplined and serious traders.

From my personal experience with Account #20882:

I followed all trading rules
I managed my risk carefully
I have now successfully received four payouts

This clearly shows that the system works if you trade responsibly and respect the rules.

In today’s market, there are many prop firms and also many mixed reviews online. However, trading always has highs and lows, and not every negative review reflects the full story. Based on my real experience, I can confidently say that FunderPro has been reliable and transparent with me.

I highly recommend FunderPro to traders who are serious, disciplined, and committed to proper risk management.

Thank you for rewarding real traders.

Review Title: Warning! Unfair account suspension and withdrawal rejection by FunderPro.

"I am extremely disappointed with FunderPro. After highlighting me on their social media as a successful trader just a few weeks ago, they have now unfairly suspended my account and rejected my withdrawal.

Their excuse is 'IP matching,' even though I explained that I use mobile data (SIM internet) with a dynamic IP, which is standard in Bangladesh. I offered to do a video interview to prove my identity and legitimacy as a real trader, but they refused to listen.

It seems they only celebrate traders when it's good for their marketing, but penalize them with false technical excuses when it's time to pay out. Even Trustpilot has issued a warning about this company's integrity. Be very careful before buying an account here—they can flag and block you anytime without valid proof!"

Funderpro is LEGIT and they really pay your rewards.

Today I have received my 2nd reward, and I have been really grateful with Funderpro. I have been scammed by other prop firms before by not paying me my rewards and coming up with different excuses to not pay. But with Funderpro, everything is good. First payout took 5 days to hit my account, this second payout only took 2 business days. So happy with this firm.

Another company casting a shadow on…

Another company casting a shadow on trading. My account, 1711999, was blocked due to a completely bizarre rule. I limited myself to a 20% margin, with a stop loss of 1% (there could have been slippage due to their terminal). I didn't trade news. And I
strictly followed the rules. But be prepared, when it's time to withdraw, for them to block your account (for me, it was 200,000 ) and cite their internal rules.

I received another one of these emails.

I received another one of these emails.

(Quote of the email)

They claim someone started in January and got paid in February, but that’s the same tactic used in MLM scams. The real issue right now is that a vast number of long-term traders—who have been using the platform for years—are having their withdrawal requests denied.

Showing me a single success story means nothing if more than half of the traders are being disqualified. If you claim that withdrawals are actually possible, then tell me why four of my accounts were disqualified.

Whenever I reach out, I'm just told they are "processing inquiries in order," but now they’ve blocked me from even sending messages. It’s transparent that they are just hiding something suspicious and struggling with their cash flow.

If withdrawals are actually happening, why have four of mine been rejected? And why am I being blocked from contacting support?

they had the worst cheating method In instant account.I messaged the AI partner of their to ask question how much margin can I use for instant account, it said 80% for instant.Since I'm not so good enough with margin calculation I asked how much lot can I take on XAUUSD,I asked can I take 1.25lots on instant account and they said (YES) still its under 80% margin.I Made the highest profit of 2780 usd,so to their calculation I need to make more by using calculation [2780 divide by 0.15] the total profit target is 18,600 usd.IT took me 4 weeks to make into 18k and when I request for the payout they are now rejecting it saying I took a margin of 33.08% like 0.67 lots on xauusd. When I asked their agent and I even sent screenshot of the convo of 80% margin. They are talking like a bot and claiming it was right.I made sure of consistency rule ,even the margin availability also I asked, but they cheated me with telling one rules first and changing it after the request.

🚨 SCAM ALERT – FunderPro (My Personal Experience)

🚨 SCAM ALERT – FunderPro (My Personal Experience)
I am Muhammad Zunair, an official affiliate partner of FunderPro. I trusted this firm and referred genuine traders. Today, my trust is seriously shaken.
4 of my referred clients had their accounts blocked & payouts denied over alleged “IP/VPS violations” — yet NO technical proof has been provided.
📌 Affected Accounts:
• 22231331
• 22231017
• 22231879
• 22231860
📌 Facts:
• All clients are different individuals from different cities
• No VPS / No VPN used
• Proof & screenshots already submitted
• ZERO technical evidence shared by FunderPro
• No refunds issued
Denying payouts without providing evidence is unacceptable.
Transparency & fairness are the foundation of any prop firm.
FINAL DEMAND:
Provide real technical evidence, process the payouts, or refund the challenge fees immediately.
Silence will only damage trust further within the trading community.
Traders deserve fairness — not vague accusations.

Okay, I wish I could add screenshots...

Okay, I wish I could add screenshots...

In December of 2025, I had two funded accounts, after months of spending money on FunderPro, buying challenges, and honing my skills as a trader. I only just started to get payouts with my funded accounts when, on December 19th, a Jacob from FunderPro notified me that my account was banned!

He claimed that I was engaged in hedging and for evidence showed me 4 screenshots of trades as follows:

1. Oct 16th, 2025 @1:30:10 UTC | SELL | 5.78 | Oct 16th, 2025 @6:35:07 UTC

2. Oct 16th, 2025 @1:32:53 UTC | SELL | 7.06 | Oct 16th, 2025 @4:46:05 UTC

3. Oct 21st, 2025 @1:42:37 UTC | SELL | 5.55 | Oct 21st, 2025 @5:16:35 UTC

4. Oct 21st, 2025 @1:40:29 UTC | BUY | 6.6 | Oct 21st, 2025 @5:16:00 UTC

That was their "evidence." 3 SELL positions and 1 BUY position, presumably 2 of these 4 positions were mine and the other 2 were "someone else" in the world that, of course, must have been me "hedging." Except, hedging means taking opposing trades (I know because I looked it up). You cannot hedge with 3 SELLs and 1 BUY. You need 2 SELLs and 2 BUYs.

When I pointed this out to FunderPro, Salman's response was "[that] our determination was not based solely on... direction... or isolated timing proximity... [but] considers a broader set of proprietary indicators..." They continued that they appreciate I might disagree, but it's the final word and it can't be reviewed further for "fairness."

So basically, they are saying, they can arbitrarily decide we are violating the user agreement, even if it doesn't make sense, because they include factors that they can't disclose.

I have another theory. Their business model does not allow them to honor all profitable traders. They had no issues taking my money until I got good enough to get and keep 2 funded accounts. Then they had to make a hard decision, pay me out or keep older customers.

Now, suddenly, they have "fake" reviews on Trustpilot, hmm? I don't think so. They made a calculated decision to ban a certain portion of profitable traders so they could sustain another group, and this is the outcome.

I have heard there is a class action suit being formed, too. Can't wait to add my name to that, because I have all the screenshots, so before taking this review down, just ask for my screenshots, Trustpilot!
