I think Funding Connection has a high level of professionalism in dealing with their clients. Without having to mention their names individually but the whole team that my company has worked with to this point has been dedicated to make this application a success. Starting from Cherise, Dagmar, Karmal are a great team to work with.

I was actually starting to panic about my application because of the eagerness to get my business to kickstart but Karmal professionally calmed me down when she explained that we must be patient we're within the time limits and emphasizing the fact that their success rate is 80% and they as Funding Connection are positive about the progress so far. I then regained the hope.

So we're happy and the reason why I didn't give a 5 star performance is simply because I am expecting my application to be successful and then add the fifth star. I definitely will recommend others to be assisted by Karmal and her team.

I came to know Funding Connection through internet surfing, made contact with Soweto agent Bruce Sefute for first consultation who enlightened me on what I need to do next. Fast forward a business plan was ready on record time as Charisse promised, had an interview with James afterwards it Karmal for funding application process.
The application process is exhausting time consuming worst was the stalling online' system from the funder side. It was very frustrating for me but Karmal kept me sane all made see the positive side of doing the application. I am pleased to application finally was completed successfully and the reference number issued. It took longer than I anticipated but through Karmal I learnt and understood how it and importance of compliance.

Karmal helped me gather the necessary documentation for the funding application process, and is always available and willing to answer all my questions and concerns.
I feel confident that she'll continue supporting me until I obtain funding.
My only concern is that it is only when you call to make a follow up that you know what happens next. I think she can improve this by maintaining constant communication regarding the next steps that follow as this will help us be adequately prepared for those processes.

It is my first time engaging with the consultant, she is the most patient and helpful person, I hope for the best outcome.

Karmal submitted our application on the 14 of May 2024. She kept contact with us to check if we have received any response from the funding institution. We kept on making follow ups with the funding institution recommended by Funding connection for our application. We ended up visiting the offices of the institution during our follow ups, where we met funding consultants whom were willing to assist with the follow ups while Karmal was giving support on follow ups. After face to face meeting, they gave us an interview on teams so that we can present our product supported by the business plan written by funding connection together with financial projections. The consultants were very impressed with the presentation and it was a success 🙌 we got funded

Process of buying the book was user-friendly and simple.

I have purchased two e-books and have been extemely informative and helpful. I am yet to set up a meeting with one of your consultants as to set up a game plan for the next 5 years.
